1总则
1.0.1 为了使通信线路工程建设符合国家相关政策.做到技术先进、经济合理、节能环保，保证通信光(电)缆线路.工程建设中的材料、施工和竣工验收指标达到设计要求.制定本规范。
1.0.2 GB 51171适用于陆地新建通信线路工程及改建、扩建通信线路工程的验收。
1.0.3 工程中使用器材的程式、规格、质量等应符合批准的工程设计文件的规定,不得使用未经鉴定合格的器材。
1.0.4 在我国抗震设防烈度7度(含7度)以上地区进行通信线路工程建设时,应按设计要求考虑通信设施的抗震性能。
1.0.5 通信线路工程的验收除执行本规范外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
2术语
2.0.1 微管 microducts
微管是一种尺寸小(其最大外径不大于16. 0mm),重量轻的柔软的圆形塑料管。
2.0.2 微管束 microduct bundles
微管束是由一定数量的微管捆扎集合在一起形成的束状的微管。
2.0.3 管缆 cable of microduct
管缆是由一定数量的微管集合在一起,具有外护层,并采用一定的保护措施(例如挡潮层)制成的缆。
2.0.4 气吹微型光缆 microduct optical fibre cable for installation by blowing
气吹微型光缆(简称微缆)是同时满足适合用气吹方法在微管中敷设,尺寸足够微小、其直径范围为3. 0mm~ 10. 5mm,适宜其气吹安装的微管外径范围为7.0mm~16.0mm三个条件的光缆。
2.0.5 微型光缆接头盒 closure for microduct optical fibre cables
两根或多根微型光缆之间的保护性连接部分。

住房城乡建设部关于发布国家标准《通信线路工程验收规范》的公告现批准《通信线路1程验收规范》为国家标准，编号为GB511712016，自2016年12月［日起实施，其中，第4.0.5、4.0.6、6.4.6、8.8.7条为强制性条文.必须严格执行。中华人民共和国住房和城乡建设部2016年4月15日
本规范是根据住房娥乡建设部《关于印发2010年工程建设国家标准制订、修订计划>的通知》（建标[2010]43号）的要求，山中国通信建设集团有限公司会同有关单位共同编制完成的。本规范在制定过程中，编制组经过广泛深人的调查研究，认真总结了通线路工程技术的应用与发展状况，并参考国内外相关标准，在广泛征求全国有关单位和专家的意见的基础上，最后经审查定稿。
