2一般性术语 general terms
2.1灭火剂extinguishing agent
能够有效地破坏燃烧条件，终止燃烧的物质。
2.2灭火效能extinguishing efficiency
灭火剂有效地破坏燃烧条件，终止燃烧的能力。
2.3相容性compatibility
两种或两种以上不同类别的灭火剂联用时，具有不导致任何一种灭火剂灭火效能明显降低的性能。
2.4燃料fuel
燃烧时产生热能、光能的物质。
2.5含水率rate of water content
灭火剂中所含水分的百分比。
2.6灭火剂余量residual content of extinguishing agent
在灭火容器内灭火剂完全释放后，余留在灭火容器内的灭火剂量。.
2.7水溶性液体燃料water- miscible fuel
可与水互相混溶的液体燃料。一般指醇类、 酯类、酮类、醛类、醚类等可燃液体。
2.8灭火试验 fire-extinguishing test
检验灭火剂灭火效能的试验。
2.9添加剂additive
添加到灭火剂中的能保证灭火性能的物质。
2.10预燃时 间preburming time
从燃料被点燃到开始施用灭火剂所经历的时间。
