Bulldozers should be manufactured according to product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures, and should meet the requirements of this standard. 3.2#
The vulnerable parts of bulldozers of the same model should be universal and interchangeable. 3.3 All castings, forgings, weldings, heat treatments, machined parts, assemblies and coatings of bulldozers shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T5936~5947 in addition to the technical requirements specified in the drawings. 3.4 The raw materials, standard parts, matching parts, purchased parts and outsourced parts used in bulldozer parts shall comply with the relevant national standards or industry (professional) standards and shall have a certificate of conformity. The main engine manufacturer's inspection department shall conduct an acceptance inspection before entering the factory and confirm that they are qualified before use. 3.5 The capacity of the bulldozer diesel tank shall ensure that the whole machine can work continuously for more than 10 hours, and the sealing parts shall not leak oil or water. 3.6 Performance requirements are shown in Table 1.
4 Test methods
4.1 The manufacturer shall conduct factory tests, regular tests and type tests on the products. The contents and methods of factory tests shall be in accordance with the inspection outline of the manufacturer. The contents of regular tests include the lifting speed and settlement of the bulldozer blade, sealing performance, steering performance, operating force of each part, ear noise and cleanliness. When new products are trial-produced, old products are significantly improved or transferred to other factories for production, and products are improved, type tests should be carried out according to the requirements in Article 3.6, and the test methods should be in accordance with the provisions of JB1666.
4.2 The noise measurement method should be in accordance with the provisions of JB3774.2. 4.3 The bulldozer operation test site should be flat, semi-sandy or semi-clay soil with good adhesion performance, with a moisture content between 16% and 20%, and the dynamic load impact index N of the soil between 3 and 6. The adhesion coefficient of the traction performance test site should be greater than 0.8. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on December 12, 1991 and implemented on July 1, 1992

4.4 The industrial test and reliability test site should be a muddy or swampy ground with a moisture content greater than 20% and a local area with a water accumulation of less than 400mm. The reliability test time is 750h, and the reliability test method is carried out according to the reliability test method of crawler bulldozers. The industrial test time is 1200h.
4.5 Cleanliness test sampling should be carried out 3h after the bulldozer is operated. Oil samples should be taken from the upper, middle and lower parts of the oil tank immediately. The method refers to GB6231.
Inspection rules
Bulldozers must be inspected and qualified by the factory inspection department before they can be shipped. They should be accompanied by a certificate of conformity when leaving the factory. Inspections are divided into three categories: factory inspection, periodic inspection and type inspection. The contents, conditions and test methods of various inspections are shown in 4.14.55.2
Factory inspection shall be carried out on each unit. Regular inspection shall be carried out by the factory at least once a year, and at least one prototype shall be randomly selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection.
5.4 Whenever new products are trial-produced, old products are significantly improved or transferred to other factories for production, and products are superior, type tests shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures of GB2828. 5.4.1
The classification of unqualified inspection items is shown in Table 2.
