ICS65.040.10 Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T9809.1—1999 Technical Conditions for Hatcher Published on August 6, 1999 National Bureau of Machinery Industry Implementation on January 1, 2000 JB/T9809.1-1999Www.bzxZ.net This standard is a revision of ZBB92019.1—90 "Technical Conditions for Hatcher". Compared with ZBB92019.1—90, the main technical contents of this standard have been changed as follows: reliability has been changed to average working time before the first failure; the model indication method has been added; - The temperature difference between the effective hatching area and the node of the temperature control element and the temperature difference displayed by the thermometer set on the machine have been added; the insulation coefficient has been changed to the heat dissipation coefficient. This standard replaces ZBB92019.1-90 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Agricultural Machinery Standardization. The responsible drafting units of this standard: China Agricultural Mechanization Science Research Institute, 41st Institute of the Ministry of Electronics, Nanjing Experimental Instrument Factory. The main drafters of this standard: Qi Huichang, Zhong Ximing, Zhao Xuerong. This standard was first issued in 1990 and revised for the first time in 1999. 1 Scope Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Technical Conditions Incubator Specifications for hatcher JB/T9809.1-1999 Replaces ZBB92019.190 This standard specifies the model representation, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of hatchers. This standard applies to electric heating hatching machine products (including hatching machines). 2 Referenced standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. The maximum temperature deviation shall not exceed 0.5℃. 4.4 The temperature stability in the effective incubation area shall not exceed 0.4℃. 4.5 The box should have good thermal insulation performance, and its heat dissipation coefficient should not exceed 0.2. 4.6 The humidification mechanism should be able to ensure that the relative humidity in the machine is not less than 50%. 4.7 The minimum wind speed in the effective incubation area shall not be less than 0.1m/s. 4.8 The ventilation device should ensure that the air in the machine is fresh and the CO content in the machine does not exceed 0.3%. There should be no obvious floating objects in the machine, and the ventilation volume per hour should not be less than 10 times the volume of the machine. 4.9 After the incubator is filled with fresh eggs, close the door and start heating. The temperature in the machine should reach the incubation temperature requirement within 5h. 4.10 The hatching rate of fertilized eggs (breeding eggs) should be no less than 90% (the following hatching rates refer to the hatching rate of fertilized eggs). The healthy cone rate should be no less than 95%. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on August 6, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000 JB/T 9809.11999 The average power consumption of each chicken should not be greater than 0.075kW·h. The performance of the machine should be stable and reliable, and the mean working time before the first failure (MTTFF) should be greater than or equal to 500h. 4.12 The electrical system must be insulated reliably, without leakage, and the insulation resistance value must not be less than 1MQ4.13 The incubator should be equipped with an egg turning mechanism, and the rotation should be stable and reliable. The turning angle is 40°~45°. When incubating waterfowl, the egg turning angle should be 50°~53°. 4.14 4.15 The incubator should be equipped with an accurate and reliable ultra-high temperature alarm device. 4.16 The box board material or its surface used in the incubator should be corrosion-resistant and collision-resistant, and harmless to the human body and eggs. Welding parts should be firm and reliable, and should not have defects such as slag inclusion, cracks, and leaking welding. 4.17 The temperature difference between the effective incubation area and the node of the temperature control element should not be greater than 0.4℃. The error between the effective incubation area and the thermometer displayed on the machine should not be greater than 0.4℃. Note: The effective incubation area refers to the range contained by the outer wheel surface of the egg tray. 4.20 The surface of the painted parts and components should be smooth and free of wrinkles, flow marks, peeling, etc. 4.21 The surface of all parts and components in the machine should be treated with corrosion and moisture-proof treatment. All parts and components should be assembled only after passing the inspection. 4.22 4.23 All parts of the machine should be installed firmly and reliably, and the moving parts should be flexible. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 The incubator must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by a product inspection certificate before it can leave the factory. 5.2 Before leaving the factory, the incubator should be tested for 1 hour of idling, and all moving parts should be flexible and reliable. 5.3.
