The float rod and float of the oil level indicator should be made of @25×1mm aluminum alloy material, and its technical requirements are in accordance with GB6893: 4. When there are special requirements, it shall be agreed upon by the manufacturer and the user. JB/T3082 4.5 The straightness tolerance of the float rod shall comply with the accuracy of K54035F grade.4.6 The coaxiality between the float and the float shall be within 2mm.4.7 The outer surface of the float and the inner surface of the shell shall be smooth and free of burrs.4. The outer surface of the oil level indicator shall be smooth and free of obvious concavity.4.9 The oil level indicator has two alarm devices (the alarm device adopts a micro travel switch, and the alarm signal is output in the form of a contact). If there are special requirements, the manufacturer shall negotiate with the user. Local indication, 4.11 The pointer, scale plate, engraved lines and colors must have a sharp contrast and should be clearly visible under indoor lighting. 4.12 The shell of the oil level indicator and the B type must be tested for tightness. The test pressure is 0.196 MPa (2 kg[/em=) and the duration is 5 min. There should be no pressure shoulder leakage. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 The finished product shall be accepted according to the following provisions. 5.1.1 The oil level indicator shall be free to move without sticking. 5.1.2 The indication accuracy error of the oil level indicator shall not exceed 3mm. 5.1.3 The position error of the alarm device after three actions (based on the scale) shall not exceed ±3mm. 5.1. + The accuracy of the telex transmitter (based on the scale) shall not be less than 1.5. 5.1.5 Meet the requirements of 4.2 in the technical requirements. 5.2 Each oil level indicator shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the factory, and shall be shipped only after being accompanied by a certificate of conformity. 6 Marking, painting, rust prevention, packaging 6.1 Marking Each oil level indicator shall be marked on the nameplate: Manufacturer name! b. Product name, Product model, Factory number and date: Indication method. (. 2 Oil, anti-casting, packaging The oil level indicator cannot be electrostatically tested. The surface of the oil level indicator should be painted with resistant paint. The paint should comply with the provisions of B2900. The surface of the float should be anti-pinning. The anti-rust should comply with the provisions of JI2901. The packaging should comply with the provisions of JB2862.
