Some standard content:
National Standard of the People's Republic of China Test method for graphite emulsion of kinescope Test method for particle size Method for size distribution of colloidal graphite for kinescope1 Subject content and scope of application This standard specifies the test method for determining the particle size of graphite emulsion of kinescope. This standard is applicable to the determination of the particle size distribution of graphite emulsion of color kinescope and black and white kinescope. 2 Instruments and materials a. Particle size distribution measuring instrument: optical sedimentation particle size distribution measuring instrument, measuring range 0.1~200μm; b. Ultrasonic diffuser; c. Optical microscope: working magnification 675 times or more; d. (Carboxy) methyl cellulose powder: chemically pure; e. Glass slide: 76mm×26mm. 3 Test steps 3.1 Preparation of dispersion liquid and graphite test solutionbzxz.net GB/T 15064.7-94 3.1.1 The dispersion liquid for measuring the particle size of the black bottom graphite milk raw material of the color picture tube is distilled water, and the dispersion liquid for measuring the particle size of other graphite milk raw materials is prepared as follows: add about 0.1g (carboxy) methyl cellulose powder to 500mL distilled water, stir it thoroughly to make it completely dissolved, and measure the viscosity after standing for 24 hours. The viscosity is adjusted to 5-10mPa·s to prepare a dispersion liquid. 3.1.2 Weigh about 3g of graphite powder, put it in a mortar, add about 3mL of dispersion liquid, and gently blend it with a pestle until it becomes a uniform and shiny paste. Then add a little distilled water with a rinse bottle to blend it into a graphite test solution. 3.2 Drop the graphite test solution on a glass slide and disperse it evenly. Observe it under a microscope and measure the maximum particle size. 3.3 According to the operating steps specified in the instruction manual of the particle size distribution analyzer, determine the weight accumulation percentage of the specified particle size, and the measurement result shall be accurate to the integer digit of the percentage. 3.4 Take the arithmetic mean of the two measurement results as the test result. The difference between the two measurement values of the weight accumulation percentage of the specified particle size shall not exceed 6%, otherwise a third measurement shall be carried out, and the test result shall be calculated based on the two measurement values that do not exceed the tolerance.
