Some standard content:
QB/T2212.2-1996 This standard is revised on the basis of the professional standards of the Ministry of Light Industry ZBI47001-1985 "Terms of Construction (Masonry) Tools", ZBI47002-1985 "General Technical Conditions of Construction (Masonry) Tools", and ZBJ47003-1985 "Inspection Rules, Marking, Packaging and Transportation of Construction (Masonry) Tools", and converted into the light industry standard. In the overall structure of the standard, the terminology of construction tools, general technical conditions and their product standards are retained, and the original ZBJ47003-1985 "Inspection Rules, Marking, Packaging and Transportation of Construction (Masonry) Tools" is cancelled, and some of its relevant provisions are merged into the general technical conditions. Product standards are retained according to the numbers in the terminology. A product standard for "diamond masonry shovel" is added. This standard changes the word "brick" in the brackets of the original name to "brick type" and puts it behind the standard name "construction tools" to make the hand tools used in construction operations more standardized, and makes clear limitations in the scope of application. This standard is a supporting standard. The terms and general technical conditions are based on the original standard, and the technical content that has been proven to be suitable for my country's situation in practice is retained. The main dimensions in the product standard have been optimized, several specifications have been added, and the limit deviation has been indicated. This standard has modified and improved some quality indicators. This standard will abolish ZB47001~47003--1985 from the date of entry into force. This standard is proposed by the Quality Standards Department of China Light Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Tool Hardware Standardization Center. The drafting units of this standard: Shanghai Tool Industry Research Institute, Shijiazhuang Industrial and Agricultural Machinery Factory, Dalian House Equipment Tool Factory, Shanghai Fengxian Tool Factory No. 3, etc. The main drafters of this standard are Cheng Yongfeng, Zuo Zhenjiang, Tian Limin, Qin Delin and Wang Chende. The National Tool and Hardware Standardization Center is entrusted with the interpretation of this standard. 239 1 Scope Light Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Construction Tools (Bricks and Tubes) General Technical Conditions QB/T 2212.2-1996 This standard applies to the construction tools (bricks and tiles) specified in Chapters 2 to 4 of QB/T2212.1-1996 "Terms of Construction Tools (Bricks and Tubes)". This standard specifies the materials, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of construction tools (bricks and tiles). 2 Referenced Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard was published, the versions shown were all valid. All standards are subject to revision. Parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. There may be a special concave center in the middle of the plate body, and the straightness of the straight edges on both sides shall not exceed 0.6mm. 4.5 Wood moisture content The wood moisture content of the handle shall not exceed 18%. 4.6 Appearance quality The connection handle and the handle shall be assembled symmetrically with the plate body, the knife body and the axe body; the surface roughness R of the working part shall not exceed 3.2um, and the non-working surface roughness R. The value shall not be greater than 6.3um (except for welded parts and non-machined parts). The plate body shall not have cracks, burrs or rust spots; the wood of the handle shall not have worms or cracks, and the paint shall be evenly applied; the plastic handle shall be bright in color and shall not have bubbles or cracks. 5 Test methods 5.1 Appearance quality inspection Inspect visually, and use standard samples for roughness comparison. 5.2 Moisture content inspection of wooden handles Inspect with a moisture content tester. 5.3 Flatness and straightness inspection Inspect with a plate and feeler gauge according to the method shown in Figures 1 and 2, and the results shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.4. Figure 1 Flatness Test 5.4 Hardness Test Figure 2 Straightness Test According to the provisions of GB/T230, the test is carried out within a range of 6 to 15 mm from the edge of the test piece (avoiding the handle), and the distance between each point shall not be less than 30 mm. If one point is unqualified, it is allowed to retest two points within the point and within a range of 5 mm in diameter with the point as the center of the circle. If both points are qualified, it is judged to be qualified. 5.5 Elasticity Test According to the method shown in Figure 3, insert the plate into a 2mm wide and 30mm deep inspection fixture. The bending angle α of the flat trowel should be 15°~18° and the bending angle α of the pressure should be 20°~22°. After three consecutive bends, the permanent deformation produced shall not exceed the provisions of Article 4.2. Tools with reinforced ribs are not subject to elasticity tests. Figure 3 Elasticity test 5.6 Joint strength test Use the hanging weight method as shown in Figure 4, Figure 5 and Figure 6. During the test, the load should be gradually and slowly loaded, and the load holding time is 1min. 241 Figure 4 Joint strength test of column type connecting handle 6 Inspection rules QB/T2212.2--1996 ≤15m Figure 5 Reinforced rib type connecting handle Joining strength test 6.1 Products shall be shipped only after passing the inspection and shall be accompanied by product certificates. 6.2 Products shall be submitted for acceptance in batches, and the variety, type, specification and size of each batch of products shall be the same. 6.3 Acceptance inspection shall be carried out according to the one-time sampling plan specified in GB/T2828. 10mm Figure 6 Crank-type connecting handle joint Joint strength test 6.4 The classification of non-conforming products, inspection items, qualified quality level (AQL) and inspection level (IL) for acceptance inspection shall be in accordance with Table 1.
