Inspection of mulberry silk fabric shall be conducted in accordance with 4.9 of FZ43001. 3.24.3.4 Inspection of appearance defects of waterproof nylon silk fabric shall be conducted in accordance with 4.15 of GB9071. 3.24.3.5 Polyester simulated silk fabrics shall be tested in accordance with 5.16 of FZ43002. 3.24.3.6 Polyester simulated wool fabrics shall be tested in accordance with 5.2 of FZ43003. Velvet fabrics shall be tested in accordance with 5.15 of GB9073. 3.24.3.8 Silk and synthetic fiber mesh shall be tested in accordance with 5.6 of GB/T14014. 3.24.3.9 4Others If there are other requirements for the test methods of silk fabrics, they can be implemented according to the contract or agreement. 80 Scope of application GB/T15552-1995 Appendix A Appearance defect weft table inspection method (reference) The method specified in this appendix is used as a temporary transitional inspection method when the warp inspection conditions are not fully met at present; as an inspection method for silk fabrics below 52 g/m2. Inspection method A2.1 Place the fabric on the inspection table in a folded shape and conduct weft inspection. A2.2 Inspection conditions The inspection table is 0.95m high and the table surface is black to avoid sunlight and white reflection; b. Natural north light, with an average illumination of 320 to 500ix, c. Inspection speed is 15 pages/min. A2.3 The inspector is located in front of the inspection table, with his eyes about 60cm away from the center of the silk surface. A2.4 Products with a width of 114cm or less shall be inspected by one person, and products with a width of more than 114cm shall be inspected by two people. A2.5 Appearance defects shall be based on the flat front of the silk surface, and the size of the sag point shall be measured in the maximum direction of the warp or weft.
