Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Gate Assemblies for Power Semiconductor Devices Subject Content and Scope of Application This standard specifies the models, dimensions, technical requirements and inspection rules for gate assemblies for power semiconductor devices. The assembly should be clean and free of grease. The surface of the PTFE piece is white and has no spots. 4.2 Lead 4.2.1 The multi-strand lead adopts the brand AF-200 polyperfluorinated high-temperature wire with a cross-sectional area of 0.2mm. 4.2.2 Single-strand lead wires are made of T2 bare copper wire with a diameter of 0.4mm. 4.2.3 The lead wire surface is silver-plated with 3μm. 4.3 Sleeve The outer diameter of the polytetrafluoroethylene sleeve for single-strand lead wires shall not exceed 2mm, and the wall thickness shall not be less than 0.3mm. Lead wire pulling force The pulling force at the connection between the lead wire and the contact shall not be less than 2)N. 4.5 Contact The contact is flexible and reliable, and the surface is silver-plated. The surface roughness Ra of the contact is 1.6μm, and the end face flatness is 0.02mm. 4.6 Contact working pressure When the compression amount of the assembly contact is 75% (h), the working pressure of the MJ5×5 contact shall not be less than 3N, and the working pressure of the other contacts shall not be less than 4N. 4.7 Material The assembly is made of SFX-1 polytetrafluoroethylene resin (suspension method). 5 Inspection rules The gate assembly inspection is divided into two categories: quality consistency inspection and identification inspection. 5.1 Quality consistency inspection 5.1.1 Group A inspection (batch by batch) Each batch of gate assemblies must be inspected according to the items specified in Table 2. 66 Inspection items Overall dimensions Lead wire pulling force JB5835-91 Inspection method Measure with vernier caliper Press with hand Weigh with spring balance Qualification criteria Meet Article 3.2 To be met with Article 4.1 Meet Article 4.5 Meet Article 4.4 Sampling plan AQL Inspection level II Note: The specific sampling plan for AQL is shown in Appendix A. Batch inspection If the initial submission is unqualified, it can be resubmitted for re-inspection according to the stricter level - inspection method, but it can only be submitted once. Group C inspection (cycle) The gate assembly of finalized production must be inspected every six months according to the items specified in Table 3. For the gate assemblies that have been finalized and are in normal batch production, at least one batch of identification inspection should be carried out every three years. Packaging, transportation, storage, marking 6.1 Packaging Gate assemblies are packaged after they have passed the inspection and obtained the certificate of conformity. When packaging, first put 50 gate assemblies into plastic bags and seal them, and then put them into paper boxes or wooden boxes. 6.2 Transportation Gate assemblies should be strictly protected from severe vibration and collision during transportation to avoid damage. 6.3 Storage Gate assemblies should be stored in dry, ventilated places free from acid and alkali atmosphere. Marking The following markings should be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging bag, packaging carton, and packaging wooden box: a. Product name, b. Product model and specifications; c. Manufacturer name; d. Manufacturing date or production batch number. 6.5 Acceptance The purchaser should conduct acceptance inspection within three months after receiving the assembly. If any problems are found, they should be promptly reported to the supplier and handled by negotiation between the supply and demand parties.
