Glass fiber fixed pattern casing
JB/T7091-93
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of glass fiber fixed pattern casing (hereinafter referred to as fixed pattern casing).
This standard applies to corrugated tubes made of alkali-free glass fiber braided tubes that still maintain a round cross-section after heat treatment, and reference standards
GB7113
GB7114
3 Technical requirements
3.1 AppearancewwW.bzxz.Net
General requirements for electrical insulating paint tubes
Test methods for electrical insulating paint tubes
Corrugated tubes should be round, have neat ends, and be natural in color. 3.2 Dimensions
3.2.1 Length
The length is 1000 mm, and other lengths are agreed upon by both the supplier and the buyer. 3.2.2 The inner diameter, wall thickness and deviation should comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1
1.0#1.5,2.0,2.5;3.0;3.5;4.0
5.0;6.0;7.0;8.0;9.0;10.0
3.3 Performance requirements
Performance requirements shall comply with the requirements of Table 2.
Test method
Heat loss
Tensile strength
Shear characteristics
Sample treatment conditions and test environment conditions
≥>90
After the fixed grain section is cut by scissors, the cut is flat and there is no fiber unraveling phenomenon. According to the provisions of Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 of GB7114. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on October 8, 1993
Implemented on January 1, 1994
4.2 Appearance
Evaluated by visual inspection.
4.3 Length
Measure with a ruler or steel tape with a scale of 1mm. 4.4 Inner diameter
According to the provisions of Chapter 3 of GB7114.
4.5 Wall thickness
According to the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB7114.
4.6 Weight loss on heat
4.6.1 Number and quality of samples
JB/T7091-93
Three samples, each of which should be long enough to provide a mass of 5±1g. 4.6.2 Procedure
The sample is treated at 105±2℃ for 1h, then cooled to room temperature in a desiccator, and the sample is weighed to an accuracy of 0.0002g. Then it is heated in a high-temperature furnace at 600±10℃ for 6075min, cooled to room temperature in a desiccator, and then the sample is weighed. 4.6.3 Results
The percentage of thermal weight loss is calculated as follows:
The thermal weight loss (%) = m = m2 × 100
Where: mi - mass of the sample before high temperature heating, g; m2 - mass of the sample after high temperature heating, g. Take the median of the three calculated values as the test result, take two significant figures, and report the other two values. 4.7 Tensile strength
Except as specified below, the rest shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 12 of GB7114. 4.7.1 The tensile speed shall be 25±5mm/min. 4.7.2 The cross-sectional area shall be calculated as the product of twice the wall thickness measured in 4.5 and the width of the flat belt prepared below: First, use a tensile force of about 10% of the breaking stress to pull the corrugated tube into a shoulder flat belt shape, and then place it between flat plates and slightly pressurize it to form a belt. It is required that the edge of one of the flat plates is marked with a scale to measure the width of the belt. 4.8 Cutting characteristics
Take 5 sections of the sample (do not rub them), lay them flat on the table, cut the fixed-corrugated pipe with sharp scissors, and observe the cross section at the cut. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Products produced continuously for 24 hours on one equipment with the same raw materials and processes are considered a batch. Each batch of products must undergo factory inspection. The factory inspection items are the second and third items in Table 2 of Article 3.1, Article 3.2 and Article 3.3 of this standard. 5.2 Type inspection items are all items of the technical requirements in Chapter 3 of this standard, which shall be carried out at least once every three months. When the raw materials or processes are changed, type inspection shall also be carried out.
5.3 Others shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB7113. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 The storage period is 6 months.
6.2 Others shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 of GB7113. 2
