With the development of agricultural transport vehicles, the annual market sales of generators for agricultural transport vehicles have reached more than 2 million units. In order to overcome the situation of complicated varieties and specifications and poor universality of generators for agricultural transport vehicles, this standard is specially formulated. JB/T8582.62001, under the general title of "Generators for agricultural transport vehicles", includes the following parts: Part 1: AC generators
Part 2: Permanent magnet constant voltage generators
Part 3: Flywheel generators
Part 4: Tensioner generators
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Agricultural Transport Vehicles. The responsible drafting unit of this standard is the National Agricultural Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The participating drafting units of this standard are Puyang Tianan Electromechanical Co., Ltd., Jiehua Electromechanical (Anhui) Co., Ltd., Wujin Nanfang Vehicle Motor Factory, Luoyang Tractor Research Institute, and Changzhou Jinhe Computer Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are Jin Suofang, Wang Xunru, Ding Xiaoshui, Yin Qinxing, Guo Qingchen, and Wu Yaojun. This standard was first issued in June 2001.

This part specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of alternators for agricultural transport vehicles (hereinafter referred to as generators).
This part applies to alternators for agricultural transport vehicles. The generator should be used in conjunction with the corresponding voltage regulator when working. The connection method with the battery during operation is parallel. 2 Referenced standards

3.1 The generator shall comply with the requirements of this part and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.2 The generator shall be able to work under the following conditions: a) Relative humidity is not greater than 90%

3.3 The installation dimensions of the generator shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6700. 3.4 Appearance and assembly quality of the generator:
a) The outer surface shall be clean, free of oil stains and bumps; b) The exposed parts of the parts made of ferrous metal shall have a coating or paint layer: c) The fasteners shall not be loose;
d) There shall be no abnormal mechanical noise during rotation.
3.5 The coating shall be free of rust spots, peeling or flaking. 3.6 Quality of paint layer:
a) The paint layer shall be uniform, free of bubbles, accumulation and flow marks; b) The paint layer shall be firmly bonded to the covered material, and shall not shrink or peel when subjected to changes in the working environment temperature. 3.7 The rotation direction of the generator is clockwise from the drive end. It can be made counterclockwise after consultation between the user and the manufacturer, but the rotation direction arrow must be marked in a conspicuous position on the generator. 3.8 The generator shall be made into a single-wire system with negative grounding. It can also be made into a double-wire system after consultation between the user and the generator manufacturer, but there must be a clear mark indicating the polarity.
3.9 The generator is a continuous rated working system.
The rated values of the main parameters of the generator shall comply with the provisions of the enterprise standards, and the model of the voltage regulator shall be specified. 3.10

3.12 Performance of integral generator regulator

3.12.1 Cold regulation voltage shall comply with the provisions of enterprise standards. When running at rated speed and no-load (no electrical load and disconnected battery), the terminal voltage shall not exceed 15V (14V generator) and 30V (28V generator). 3.12.2 The hot regulating voltage performance shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. 3.12.3 It shall be able to withstand 100 full load dump tests at rated speed and rated current. After the test, the cold performance of the generator and the hot regulating voltage performance of the regulator shall comply with the provisions of 3.11.1 and 3.12.2 respectively. 3.13 The temperature rise limit of relevant parts of the generator shall comply with the provisions of Table 4. When other grades of heat-resistant insulation materials are used or other parts are added for temperature rise assessment, it shall be clearly specified

3.14 The generator shall be able to withstand the overspeed test. After the test, there shall be no damage or deformation of the parts, no loosening of the fasteners, and the cold performance shall comply with the provisions of 3.11.1.
3.15 The generator shall be subjected to fixed frequency, swept frequency vibration or impact test. After the test, the parts shall be free of damage, fasteners shall not be loose, and the cold performance and the cold regulating voltage value of the regulator shall comply with the provisions of 3.11.1 and 3.121 respectively. 3.16 The withstand voltage performance of the generator shall comply with the provisions of 3.11 of JB/T6697-1993. 3.17 The generator shall be able to withstand the low temperature test at the lowest ambient working temperature specified in 3.2, and the cold performance shall comply with the provisions of 3.11.1 after the test. At the rated speed and 10% rated current (not less than 5A), the regulating voltage value of the 14V integral generator shall not be greater than 15V, and the regulating voltage value of the 28V integral generator shall not be greater than 30V, and the parts shall not be damaged, and the fasteners shall not be loose. 3.18 The generator shall be able to withstand the high temperature test at the highest ambient working temperature specified in 3.2. The test shall be carried out for 2 hours at the rated speed and 2/3 rated current. During the test, the high temperature regulating voltage performance of the integral generator shall comply with the provisions of Table 5. 3

3.19 The generator should be able to withstand the temperature change test. After the test, there should be no damage to the parts and no loosening of the fasteners. The cold performance and the cold regulating voltage value of the regulator should meet the requirements of 3.11.1 and 3.12.1 respectively. 3.20 The generator should be able to withstand the damp heat test. The test cycle for the ordinary type is 2 days, and the test cycle for the damp heat type is 6 days. After the test, the cold performance and the cold regulating voltage value of the regulator should meet the requirements of 3.11.1 and 3.121 respectively. 3.21 The enclosure protection level shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4942.1. The open generator is IP20 and the closed generator is IPX4. 3.22 The generator rotor, brushes and regulator (integrated generator) should be interchangeable. 3.23 The generator durability test is 3000h or the high temperature and high speed test is 200h. After the test, check the hot performance according to 3.11.2. When the current of the integral generator is not less than 90% of the rated current at the rated speed, check the adjustment voltage value according to Table 3 in 3.12.2. 3.24 The damp heat type generator should be able to withstand the salt spray test for 16h. After the test, the cold performance and the regulator cold adjustment voltage value should meet the requirements of 3.11.1 and 3.12.1 respectively.
3.25 The damp heat type generator should have a certain anti-mildew performance. After the 28-day mildew test on the insulating parts exposed to the air, the mildew area on the surface of the parts shall not exceed 50% of the surface area. 4 Test method
4.1 Test conditions
4.1.1 Unless otherwise specified, the test environment temperature is 10~35℃, the relative humidity is 45%75%, and the atmospheric pressure is 86~106kPa. 4.1.2 The voltage meter used for the test shall not be lower than Class 0.5, and other electrical measuring instruments shall not be lower than Class 1.0. 4.2 Appearance and assembly quality
Appearance and assembly quality shall be visually inspected. The generator operates at rated speed and rated output current, and there is no abnormal mechanical sound when the generator is listened to 1m away from the generator.
4.3 Installation dimensions
Installation dimensions shall be inspected item by item using measuring tools that meet the accuracy requirements. 4.4 Plating quality
The inspection method for metal plating of parts shall be in accordance with the provisions of QCT625. 4.5 Paint quality
The inspection of paint quality shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.3 in JB/T66971993. 4.6 Current-speed characteristics
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 3.1 in QC/T4241999. 4.7 Performance test of integral generator regulator 4
4.7.1 Cold performance test

When the generator is at rated speed and 10% rated current (not less than 5A), detect the regulated voltage value. The test time shall not exceed 30s. 4.7.2 Hot performance test
When the generator is at rated speed and rated current, run until the temperature rise of the regulator is stable, and check the regulated voltage performance. 4.7.3 Load dump test
When the generator runs at rated speed and rated current for 10s, immediately dump the load (including the battery) and turn to no-load operation for 15s. This is a load dump, and it shall be carried out 100 times in total.
4.8 Temperature rise test
When the generator runs continuously at rated output speed and rated output current until the temperature rise is stable, check the temperature rise of relevant parts of the generator. Temperature rise measurement shall be in accordance with the provisions of 4.4 of JB/T6697-1993. 4.9 Overspeed test
The generator is operated without load in the non-excitation state, with a speed of 2 times the rated speed (not less than 10,000 r/min) for 2 minutes. The integral generator is allowed to remove the regulator for testing. 4.10 Vibration test or impact test
The generator is tested in accordance with the provisions of 4.6 of JB/T6697-1993 in the non-operating state. The frequency, acceleration and time of the test shall comply with the provisions of 3.10 of JB/T6697-1993. 4.11 Withstand voltage test
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.7 of JB/T6697-1993. 4.12 Low temperature test
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.8 in JB/T6697-1993. 4.13 High temperature test
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.9 in JB/T6697-1993. 4.14 Temperature change test
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.10 in JB/T6697-1993. 4.15 Damp heat test
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2423.4. The test time for ordinary type is 2 days, the test time for damp heat type is 6 days, and the high temperature is 40℃±2℃. After the test, take out the product and restore it to the conditions specified in 4.1.1 for 1~2 hours before inspection. 4.16 Protection level test
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4942.1. 4.17 Interchangeability inspection
Interchange the rotors, brush holders and regulators (integrated generators) of the three generators. After assembly, check the cold performance of the generators and the cold regulating voltage value of the regulators. They should meet the requirements of 3.11.1 and 3.121 respectively. 4.18 Durability test
4.18.13000h bench test

The generator runs at rated speed and 2/3 rated current output. The continuous running time each time is not less than 4h, and the cumulative running time is 3000h. After 2000h of the test, it is allowed to replace the brushes and maintain the collector rings once. 4.18.2 High-temperature and high-speed test
The test is carried out according to the conditions specified in Table 6. The continuous test time each time is not less than 4h, and the cumulative running time is 200h. After 150h of the test, it is allowed to replace the brushes and maintain the collector rings once.

The mildew test of the damp heat type generator shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2423.16. 4.20 Salt spray test
The salt spray test of the damp heat type generator shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2423.17. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Factory inspection
Test time
5.1.1 Each generator must be inspected and qualified before it can leave the factory, and it must be accompanied by documents or marks proving the quality of the product. 5.1.2 The following items of the generator must be fully inspected, and the product certificate can only be issued if all items are qualified: a) Generator installation dimensions:
b) Generator appearance and assembly quality;
c) Cold performance;
d) Regulator cold adjustment voltage value.
5.2 Type inspection
5.2.1 The manufacturer shall conduct type inspection in one of the following situations: a) New product finalization identification or old product conversion trial production: b) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product quality; c) Products produced in batches or large quantities, at least once every two years; d) When the product is discontinued for more than one year and production is resumed: e) When the factory inspection results are significantly different from the previous type inspection results. 5.2.2 Type inspection items are all the test items listed in this section. 5.2.3 For type inspection, 9 units shall be selected from the same batch of qualified products and divided into three groups. The inspection items for each group are shown in Table 7. For type inspection after batch or mass production, 2 units may be used for durability test. 6

5.2.4 Type inspection If one item fails, it is allowed to re-sample double the number of products for re-inspection of the failed item. If there are still unqualified items, the batch of products will be judged as unqualified. Durability test shall not be re-checked. 5.3 User acceptance
The user may accept the product according to the provisions of GB/T2828. The acceptance items and qualified quality levels are shown in Table 8. This part stipulates: a) Inspection level: general inspection level II I; b) Sampling plan: normal inspection one-time sampling plan. Table 8

6 Marking, Packaging, Transportation and Storage

6.1 Each generator shall be fixed with a label in the position specified in the appearance drawing, and the label content is as follows:7
a) Manufacturer's name or registered trademark;
b) Product name and model:

C) Technical data: Rated voltage V, current A, power W, model of voltage regulator used or resistance value of excitation coil winding: d) Manufacturing date or batch number.
6.2 When packaging the product, moisture-proof, vibration-proof and dust-proof considerations shall be taken into account, and the requirements for transportation and loading and unloading shall be met. 6.3 The packaging box shall be firm, and the product shall not move in the box. Generally, the total weight of each box after packing shall not exceed 50kg. 6.4 The text and logo on the outer wall of each packaging box shall include the following: name and address of the receiving unit, product name, product model, quantity, shipping unit and address, total weight of each box, "Handle with care", "Vibration-proof", "Moisture-proof", "Corrosion-proof". 6.5 Technical documents accompanying the product when leaving the factory:

6.6 During storage, the product must not be exposed to moisture, corrosion, heavy pressure, collision, and must not come into contact with corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis and organic solvents. 7 Model compilation rules
