The technical content is equivalent to the international standard. Part 3 of the standard, the section on the shape and dimensions of screw rods for blades, is based on the international standard ISO71291989 "Upper machinery - Pushers, transporters and graders - Blades: Main shapes and basic dimensions" drafted by the International Organization for Standardization IS0/TC127 Earthmoving Machinery Technical Committee. The technical content is equivalent to the international standard. Appendix A in Part 3 is the standard appendix. This standard shall be implemented from January 1, 1996, and replace JB2648-81 at the same time. This standard was proposed and coordinated by Tianjin Engineering Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. Part 1 and Part 2 of this standard were drafted by Tianjin Engineering Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry; Part 3 of this standard was jointly drafted by Tianjin Engineering Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry and Shenyang Screw Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Wu Runcai, Yang Yuyi, and Shenyang Screw Factory. 1 Scope JB/T2648.21995 This standard specifies the marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, storage, etc. of blades for pushers, scrapers and flat machines. Applicable to the blades of bulldozers, scrapers and levelers. 2 Reference standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard for the purpose of application in this standard. JL/T 2648.2-95 Number Blade length Blade thickness Blade width Blade name (for pusher, shovel, and scraper) 3.2 Marking example: Thickness 25mm, thickness 25mm, length 762mm for pusher blade: Pusher blade 254 25 7G2 JB/T 2G48. 2-954 Technical requirements The mechanical properties and hardness of pusher and scraper blades are recommended to be in accordance with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 Tensile strength. 1995-06-20 Elongation Zhong Shirenak J/err2 -16~52HRC 1996-01-01Small cable JB/T2648.2 4.2The heat treatment requirements for small blades of graders are recommended to be in accordance with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2 Heat treatment method Blade thickness mm Minimum quenching width Heat treatment requirements Deepness of tarnish layer Surface quenching 4--5GHRG 4.3The blade surface is not allowed to have cracks, scars, curling and other defects that affect the use. 4.4After the bolt hole of the small blade is squared, the protrusion around the square hole shall not exceed 0.3mm. The back error of bulldozer and scraper blades should be within the flatness tolerance, and the flatness tolerance is calculated as follows: 4. 1 - 3. 7 X tt||Flatness tolerance: mm; Blade length. mm. 4. The surface of the blade should be primed, and the paint color is determined according to the requirements of the unit in use. 5 Test methods and inspection rules Overall 5.1 The tensile test of the mechanical properties of the bulldozer and scraper blades shall be carried out according to the No. 12 test method specified in D228; the impact test shall be carried out according to the standard test specimens and test methods specified in GB229. The location of the pulling and punching test specimens is shown in Figure 1 (no less than 3 specimens), and the location of the hardness test is shown in Figure [. The sampling position of the punch sample should be between 2 and 12 mm from the surface, and the hardness test should be carried out at three locations, about 103 mm from the center of the two ends. The sampling of the sample should be carried out at the same time (the sampling center is about 8 mm from the surface). 5.2 The hardness test of the machine blade should be carried out at two locations along the length, at both ends and in the middle. For surface quenching, three points should be measured at each location, and for overall quenching, five points should be measured at each location. The measurement points should be evenly distributed along the width of the blade. 5.3 Inspection The blade should be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer according to this standard and have a certificate of conformity. 5.4 The factory inspection of the blade should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 2828. The inspection batch, sampling plan, inspection level and qualified quality level (AQL) shall be determined by the quality inspection department of the production (or) by itself or by the production (or) by negotiation with the user department. 2 6 Marking, packaging and storage JB/T2648.2 6.1 The blade should be printed with a logo or trademark (identification), and the logo and trademark (identification) should be clear. 2 The blade shipping package can be tied with straw rope and wire or fastened with a metal screw with a pattern. The binding should be firm and not loose. 6.3 The blade should be stored in a moisture-proof warehouse. Under normal circumstances, the manufacturer should ensure that it will not rust within one year after leaving the factory. 3 睛880b1230 1996桌1舱 100044 黛段3/4 1996巢1舱轮干黛 飚10.00翼 为的值1 芃鱻极匙煤 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
