JB/T 5118—2001 This standard is a revision and merger of JB/T 5118—1991 "Types and basic parameters of agricultural sewage and sewage submersible electric pumps" and JB/T 5119—1991 "Technical conditions for agricultural sewage and sewage submersible electric pumps". During the revision, the scope of application was expanded, some technical requirements were adjusted, and installation methods and other requirements were added. This standard specifies the types, models and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of sewage and sewage submersible electric pumps. This standard is applicable to single-phase or three-phase sewage and sewage submersible electric pumps that transport various types of sewage or mixed liquids containing insoluble solid phases such as sediment, fiber, feces, river mud and fertilizer, with a flow rate of 3.0m3/h~43350m3/h, a head of 1.4m~100m, and a power of 0.25kW~1600kW. This standard replaces JB/T5118-1991 and JB/T5119-1991 from the date of implementation. The specified flow rate is 29000m2/h, the specified head is 2.8m, the rated power is 450kW, the matching three-phase motor, the voltage is 6000V, the axial flow sewage submersible pump, its mark is: WQZG29000-2.8-450. The specified flow rate is 5m/h, the specified head is 7m, the rated power is 0.37kW, the matching single-phase motor, the voltage is 220V, the closed sewage submersible pump, its mark is: WQD5-7-0.37. 3.3 Basic parameters 3.3.1 When the power frequency is 50Hz, the voltage is single-phase (220V) or three-phase (380V, 660V, 3000V, 6000V, 10kV) and the specified conditions of use, the basic parameters of the electric pump shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 and Table 2. 3.3.2 The parameters listed in Table 1 are the specified point parameters of the single-stage electric pump. The specified point parameters of the multi-stage electric pump shall comply with the efficiency of the electric pump under the flow rate and type of the single-stage electric pump in Table 1. Its head shall comply with the design requirements, and the maximum diameter of the particles passing through shall not be less than 0.75 times that of the single-stage electric pump. 3.3.3 When the flow rate parameters of the electric pump do not meet the requirements of Table 1, the efficiency of the electric pump can be determined according to the provisions of Appendix A (Appendix to the standard), and its actual value shall not be lower than the determined value. 3.3.4 When the electric pump is equipped with a cutting mechanism, the efficiency of the electric pump is allowed to drop by 4% compared with the value specified in Table 1. 3.3.5 For oil-filled electric pumps, the electric pump efficiency is allowed to decrease by 5% compared with the corresponding values in Tables 1 and 2; for water-filled electric pumps, the electric pump efficiency is allowed to decrease by 3% compared with the corresponding values in Tables 1 and 2. 3.3.6 Table 2 specifies the basic parameters of axial flow or mixed flow electric pumps with a blade placement angle of 0°; other angles are variant products, and their basic parameters should meet the requirements determined by the supply and demand parties or the contract provisions, but the maximum difference between the electric pump efficiency and the specified value in Table 2 should not exceed 5%. 3.3.7 The discharge port diameters of the electric pumps listed in Tables 1 and 2 are recommended values, and their discharge port diameters can also be determined according to needs or contract provisions. 3.3.8 When the synchronous speed of the electric pump does not conform to Tables 1 and 2, it can be increased or decreased according to needs or contract provisions, but the efficiency of the electric pump shall not be lower than that specified in this standard.
