Some standard content:

MT/T 150—1997
This standard is a revision of MT150-87 "General Technical Conditions for Packaging of Scraper Conveyors and Transfer Machines". This standard changes the packaging of the head, the tail of the belt drive unit, the tail of the transfer machine, and the pusher from the original standard to bulk packaging. The pin rail is added to the packaging in Table 1 of this standard.
In the packaging requirements, it is stipulated that corresponding balancing measures should be taken for parts with a significant deviation from the center of gravity. Appropriate modifications have been made to the shipping mark.
From the date of entry into force, this standard will replace MT150—87. This standard was proposed by the Science and Technology Education Department of the Ministry of Coal Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Coal Mine Special Equipment Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Coal Industry. The drafting unit of this standard: Zhangjiakou Coal Mine Machinery Factory. The main drafter of this standard: Dun Fuying.
This standard was first issued in September 1987.
This standard is entrusted to the Scraper Conveyor Branch of the Coal Mine Special Equipment Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Coal Industry for interpretation. 170

3.2 The parts and components specified in Table 1 for bundling and packaging can also be packed. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 The parts and components of the product can be packaged only after they have passed the inspection. 4.2 Requirements for packaging boxes
4.2.1 The packaging boxes should be strong and durable, and meet the requirements of long-distance transportation and multiple handling. 4.2.2 According to the needs of product varieties, special packaging boxes of different specifications can be selected, and their dimensions and weight should take into account the full use of the volume and load capacity of the truck.
4.2.3 All packaging boxes should be flat-topped.
4.2.4 The packaging boxes of export products should comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 4.3 Requirements for bundles
4.3.1 The bundled parts and components must be bundled neatly and firmly, and meet the requirements of lifting, shoveling and long-distance transportation. Ensure that the packages are not scattered and the parts are not lost. The weight of each bundle shall not exceed 4 tons.
4.3.2 When bundling parts and components of the same product, the quantity of each bundle should be the same. 4.3.3 The bundled parts and components should have obvious and firm marks. 4.4 Requirements before packaging
4.4.1 When multiple products are shipped at the same time, they must be packed and bundled as a single unit and must not be mixed. 4.4.2 For parts and components with high precision or that are easily damaged during transportation, protective measures should be taken during packaging. 4.4.3 Protective measures should be taken for the exposed fine-machined surfaces of parts and components. 4.4.4 Small parts with a large number, such as standard parts, rubber rings, pins, etc., should be first packed into inner packaging (such as bags or boxes), and the names and quantity of the parts should be marked, and then packed into special boxes.
4.5 Packing requirements
4.5.1 Parts and components should be arranged neatly, padded, clamped, and fixed in the packaging box to prevent them from moving during transportation. 4.5.2 The center of gravity should be located in the middle and lower during packaging. All parts and components with a higher center of gravity should be packed horizontally as much as possible. For parts with a more obvious center of gravity deviation, corresponding balancing measures should be taken. 4.5.3 Spare parts and tools should be packed in special boxes, and the special boxes should be placed in the packing box. 4.5.4 Random documents should be packed in plastic bags, sealed and packed in the packing box, and the words "technical documents included" should be marked on the outside of the box. 4.5.5 The markings on the box surface must be correct, clear, neat, beautiful and firm. 5 Random documents
5.1 Random documents should include:
a) Product delivery details;
b) Packing list (contract number should be indicated),
c) Packing list;
d) Product factory acceptance certificate;
e) Product use and maintenance instructions;
f) Box number summary list.
5.2 Random documents must be complete, with clear handwriting and complete signatures and seals. 6 Marks
6.1 Box surface markings
The box surface markings on the packing box should include the delivery mark and storage and transportation diagram mark. 172
6.1.1 The shipping mark shall include:
a) Commodity classification graphic mark;
b) Product model and name,
c) Box code;
d) Product parts and components code;
e) Box size (length × width × height) m,
f) Gross weight kg; Net weight kg,
g) Receiving place and unit;
h) Shipping place and unit.
MT/T 150 ---1997
6.1.2 Commodity classification graphic mark shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6388. 6.1.3 When the product is packed in multiple boxes, the box number shall be expressed as a fraction. The numerator is the box number and the denominator is the total number (i.e. the sum of the total number of boxes, the total number of bundles and the total number of packages).
6.1.4 For packaging boxes that need to be protected from rain and inversion, the packaging storage and transportation graphic signs should be selected according to the provisions of GB191. 6.1.5 The box surface signs should be marked on all sides of the box. 6.2 Bundling signs
Each bundle should be firmly tied with two labels, which should include: product model, name, part number, part name, quantity per bundle, weight per bundle, and total number of bundles.
6.3 Bulk parts signs
When packaging, each product should be marked with the product model, name, part number, component code, name, total number of pieces, number of pieces, etc. in a conspicuous position. 173
