3.1.1 Bulldozers shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with product drawings and technical documents approved through prescribed procedures. 3.1.2 The main supporting parts of bulldozers shall comply with the provisions of relevant national standards and industry standards. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on November 21, 1993

3.1.3 Raw materials should be marked and certified by the quality inspection department of the supplier. The manufacturer should sample and identify them, and they can only be used after they are confirmed to be qualified.
3.1.4 All purchased parts and cooperative parts used in bulldozers must have certificates of qualification. The manufacturer should sample and test them, and they can only be installed after they are confirmed to be qualified.
3.1.5 For bulldozers of the same model, wearing parts should be interchangeable, and bulldozers of the same model should use common parts as much as possible. 3.1.6 The machined parts and all cast, forged, welded and heat-treated parts of the bulldozer shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T5936~5944 in addition to the technical requirements indicated in the drawings.
3.1.7 The assembly of the product shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T5945 in addition to the technical requirements indicated in the drawings. 3.1.8 The exposed machined surfaces of the bulldozer shall be painted with anti-rust paint or anti-rust grease. All coatings on non-machined surfaces shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T5946 in addition to the technical requirements indicated in the drawings. 3.1.9 The structure of the bulldozer shall ensure the convenience of use, repair and maintenance. The minimum size of the inspection port shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ85011. All parts that need to be tightly enclosed and lubricated shall have a position that is convenient for operation. 3.1.10 The bulldozer shall have technical support for checking the oil level of fuel, hydraulic oil and lubricating oil. 3.1.11
The capacity of the fuel tank should ensure that the machine can operate continuously for no less than 10 hours. The bulldozer should be able to work normally at an ambient temperature of 10 to 40℃. 3.1.12
The product model of the bulldozer should comply with the provisions of ZBJ85019. 3.2 Technical performance requirements
3.2.1 All new product designs or improvements to old products should comply with the provisions of JB/T7153.1. 3.2.2 The test methods of the technical performance requirements specified in this standard, except for special requirements, should comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T7153.3. 3.2.3 The structure of the bulldozer should take into account the possibility of replacing multiple working devices, and the replacement should be convenient; and it should consider the flatbed towing function and its corresponding oil, gas and circuit interfaces. 3.2.4 The bulldozer should have smooth gear shifting, flexible steering, convenient and accurate operation, reliable braking, and a maximum traction efficiency of not less than 0.65.
Gradability performance shall meet the following requirements:
The bulldozer can smoothly climb a 20° slope; the bulldozer can stop reliably when braking uphill on a 15° weaving slope; b.
The bulldozer can stop reliably when braking downhill on a 15° longitudinal slope (the vehicle speed starts from zero and brakes after 1m of automatic sliding). The natural descent of the bulldozer shall not exceed 60mm/15min. 3.2.7
3.2.8 Thermal balance performance
When the bulldozer is in an ambient temperature not lower than 25℃, after continuous bulldozing for 3 hours or continuous towing for 3 hours: the working oil temperature at the outlet of the torque converter shall be lower than 120℃; the return oil temperature of the hydraulic system shall be lower than 80C;
The water outlet temperature of the engine shall be lower than 100:
3.2.9The cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, torque converter and transmission oil shall meet the requirements of Table 1. Table 1

Each component shall be tested for sealing before installation in accordance with the provisions of relevant technical documents; the whole machine shall be qualified if the leakage of each part within 10 minutes does not exceed 3 drops: the air pressure system shall not have leakage.

3.2.11 The reliability index of the bulldozer during the reliability test period shall meet the following requirements: Effectiveness (whole machine attendance rate) K, ≥80%; a.
Mean unexplained storage working time MTBF ≥100h. 3.2.12 The working time of the whole machine from being put into use to the first overhaul shall be no less than 4000h. Note: Overhaul refers to a repair performed to restore the product to its specified function. During overhaul, the whole machine is disassembled, and any parts including basic parts can be repaired or replaced.
3.2.13 The pre-repair period of the bulldozer should correspond to the pre-repair period of the oil engine in an integer multiple. 3.3 Safety and comfort requirements
3.3.1 The bulldozer must be equipped with a service brake and a parking brake system. Under the condition of an initial braking speed of 24km/h, the braking distance of the bulldozer shall not be greater than the requirements of Table 2.

3.3.2 The layout of the operating device shall comply with the provisions of JB3683. 3.3.3 The exhaust smoke density and specific emission of diesel engines shall comply with the provisions of JBn4198. 3.3.4 The noise limit shall comply with the provisions of JB3774.1. 3.3.5External lighting and signal devices shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB4785. 3.3.6
The vibration performance of the driver's seat shall comply with the provisions of GB8419. Large braking force and high braking distance
A fixed bracket shall be arranged between the front and rear frames to prevent deflection to ensure safety during transportation, lifting and maintenance. 4Test method

Each bulldozer shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can leave the factory. Bulldozer inspection is divided into factory inspection, periodic inspection and type inspection. 5.1

5.1.3 Type inspection items:

Includes factory inspection, periodic inspection and all items specified in JB/T7153.3. 5.2 Sampling and batching rules
5.2.1 Each bulldozer shall be subject to factory inspection. 5.2.2 For the prototypes subject to periodic inspection and type inspection, the quality inspection department of the manufacturer shall randomly select one from the batch put into use in the current month (or the current quarter). For bulldozers below 20t, one prototype shall be randomly selected from no less than 5. 5.2.3 At least one bulldozer shall be selected from the finalized batch production every year, and items a to g of the periodic inspection in Article 5.1.2 shall be carried out according to the method specified in JB/T7153:3.
5.2.4 For bulldozers produced in finalized batches, at least one bulldozer shall be selected every three years for periodic inspection items a to h in Article 5.1.2. Item h of the periodic inspection shall be valid for three years.
When any of the following situations occurs, at least one bulldozer shall be selected for type inspection. When a newly developed or modified product is finalized;
After formal production, when there are major changes in structure, materials or processes that may affect product performance; when production is resumed after a long period of suspension;
When batch production is carried out and regular sampling is carried out; d.
When the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirement for type inspection 5.3 Judgment rules
5.3.1 The indicators or requirements of the factory inspection items shall meet the requirements of this standard 100% to be qualified. 5.3.2 If the index or requirement of any item in the periodic inspection items is lower than the specified requirements, two more units can be selected from the original batch. If the index or requirement of one item is still lower than the specified requirements, the product will be judged as unqualified, otherwise it will be qualified. 5.3.3 The index of the type inspection items shall meet the specified requirements 100% before passing. 6
Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
Each bulldozer shall be fixed with a product label in a conspicuous position, and its type and size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. 6.1
The following contents shall be written on the label:
Manufacturer name:
Product name and model:
Main parameters of the product (power, whole machine weight and external dimensions); manufacturing date;
Factory number.
6.2 In front of the control panel, a sign indicating the working position of the control mechanism shall be installed. Each monitoring instrument on the instrument panel shall be equipped with a sign indicating its function, and its graphic signs shall comply with the provisions of GB4094. 6.3 The location for water discharge in winter must be clearly marked. 6.4 The packaging of the bulldozer shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T5947. 6.5 The transportation of the bulldozer must comply with the relevant provisions of land or water transportation. 6.6 The storage of the bulldozer shall comply with the provisions of GB8502. 7 Quality Assurance
7.1 Under the conditions that the user complies with the use and storage provisions of the product instruction manual, the manufacturer shall ensure that the technical performance and quality of the product comply with the provisions of the technical documents and this standard, and specify the warranty details in the product factory documents. Free repair or replacement shall be implemented during the warranty period. 7.2 The warranty period is limited to 6 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer. JB/T 7153.2-93

(Supplement)
A1 Hydraulic oil cleanliness level is represented by a code with two interval numbers written together through a slash. The first interval number represents the number of particles larger than 5μm per 100mL hydraulic oil; the second interval number represents the number of particles larger than 15μm per 100mL hydraulic oil. For example: the cleanliness level code 18/15 means that the number of particles larger than 5μm in 100mL hydraulic oil is between 130000 and 250000, and the number of particles larger than 15μm is between 16000 and 32000.
