Note: If If there are special requirements, the supply and demand parties will negotiate and determine. 4.3 The steel back material adopts Q235-B steel plate in GB700. 4.4 Manufacturing requirements
4.4.1A, the type brake lining and the steel back are pressed or sintered, and their interconnection is non-detachable. The dovetail groove used in the middle cross section is processed according to the gauge (see A in Figure 1 EE cross-section view). The layout of the grooves is chosen by the manufacturer. 4.4.2 Type B1 brake pad and steel back are pressed, and their interconnection is non-detachable. The layout of the grooves is chosen by the manufacturer. The connection cross-sectional view is shown as type B in Figure 1.
4.4.3 (, type brake lining and steel backing are bonded or sintered, and their interconnection is non-detachable (see type C in Figure 1). 4.5 Friction plane of the brake lining It should be smooth and free of defects such as bubbles, cracks, delamination, obvious impurities, and processing damage. 4.6 The connection between the brake lining and the steel backing must be firm and reliable, and no loosening should occur when the brake lining is worn to the minimum allowable thickness. 5 Test methods
5.1 Brake pad performance test
5.1.1 The physical (mechanical) performance test requirements of the material are as follows: a: Linear expansion coefficient: Carry out in accordance with the test method specified in GB1036: Compressive strength : According to the test method specified in GB1041: b.
c.
Rockwell hardness: According to the test method specified in GB5766 5.1.2 Determination of wear coefficient
According to JB/ The method in Article 5.3.2 of T7020.1 first measures the braking torque, and then calculates the average value of the friction coefficient M M
