Articles 4.2, 4.5, 4.6 and 4.7 of this standard are mandatory, and the rest are recommended. This standard replaces MT/T317-1992 from the date of implementation. Compared with MT/T317-1992, this standard adjusts and revises the model and technical requirements of the belt core. The first standard adds models of M1600 and above. The technical requirements of the first standard add the provisions for the core material. The technical requirements of the first standard increase the assessment index of the weft cotton content of the core, and make corresponding adjustments to the assessment index of the warp cotton content of the core.
The technical requirements of the first standard adjust the linear density, tensile strength and elongation at break in the warp (weft) direction. The technical requirements of the first standard cancel the assessment of the braiding structure of the whole core. The technical requirements of this standard cancel the assessment of the moisture regain of the whole core. Appendix A of this standard is a prompt appendix.
This standard is proposed by the China Coal Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Anti-static and Flame Retardant Materials Branch of the Coal Mine Safety Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting units of this standard: Shanghai Branch of the China Coal Research Institute, Baixiang County Lida Webbing Co., Ltd., Tianjin Tianyun Fabric Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
The main drafters of this standard: Gu Yamin, Wang Liping, Zheng Qi, Hua Rushuan, and Lv Yuanhua. This standard is interpreted by the Antistatic and Flame Retardant Materials Branch of the Coal Mine Safety Standardization Technical Committee. 1 Scope
