This standard is the first revision of GB/7156-1987 document confidentiality code B/71>6-1527. Compared with GT/T715G-17, the main changes of the standard are as follows: the name of the standard is changed to Document Confidentiality Level Code and Identification, and the following are revised: the English name is added: Japanese, preface and Chapter 1 "Secrets": According to the current situation of document security in my country, the 6 document security levels of the original standard are divided into 5 levels, namely, internal level and internal level are merged into control level.
Add "Chapter 2 "Terms and Definitions", and change the content of Chapter 1 "Confidentiality Level" of the original standard to Chapter 2 "Terms and Definitions". 3.1 The determination and change of document confidentiality level shall comply with the following principles: The confidentiality level of state secret documents shall be determined and updated by the competent department of the relevant state secret document. The determination and change of state secret document confidentiality level shall be in accordance with the relevant state secret regulations. 3.2 The confidentiality level of state secret documents shall be changed in time if any of the following circumstances occurs: the document or the user needs to change quickly. tt||If there is a change in the content of the document that is of national security interest, 4.1 The determination of the confidentiality period of the document shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant national security regulations: 4.2 The confidentiality period of restricted documents shall be confirmed and changed by the relevant business department, G6/17156-2003
4.3 The general confidentiality period of the four national secret documents shall not exceed 10 years for the confidential documents, not more than 20 years for the confidential documents, and not more than 30 years for the top secret documents.
4.4 Under special circumstances, according to actual work needs, the relevant departments may determine that the confidentiality period of a certain document is shorter or longer than the general confidentiality period.
