3.1 Salvage tools are divided into seven categories according to their use. 3.2 The model of the salvage tool is composed of the product name code and the nominal diameter (or the connector thread code). The name code is represented by the initials of the Chinese phonetic alphabet of the name. The nominal diameter is represented by its millimeters. Approved by the Ministry of Energy of the People's Republic of China on March 27, 1993, and sold on September 1, 1993

Performance test,
Load test,
Joint thread inspection.
Type test shall be carried out in any of the following situations: a.
Prototype trial production,
After formal production, such as materials. When there is a major change in the process that may affect the performance of the product, during normal production, every year or every 100 sets of cumulative production; c,
When the results of the factory inspection are significantly different from the last type inspection: when the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. e.
6.2 Factory inspection
5% of each product shall be sampled, at least one set, for sealing testa.
b, each set of products shall be subject to performance test.
6.3 Judgment rules
For the inspection items specified in the factory inspection, if one item is unqualified, the item shall be doubled for inspection. If there are still unqualified items, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified.

7.1 Each set of products shall be printed with the following marks in the marking slot according to the provisions of SY/Z5008 standarda: manufacturer name (or trademark),
b. Product model,
Factory number and date of manufacture,
Joint thread code.
7.2 The outer wall of the packaging box should be marked with the following: Name and address of the consignee
Name and address of the manufacturer,
Product model, name, date of manufacture#
d, gross weight, net weight, packaging box dimensions (length×width×height). 7.3 The outer surface of the product (except for the joint thread and sliding friction surface) should be painted with anti-rust paint, and the painting should comply with the provisions of SY5308. The product joint thread should be protected with thread guards, and the sliding friction surface should be coated with anti-corrosion grease. 74
7.5 The packaging of the product with rubber seals should comply with the provisions of GB5721. 7.6 Each set of products should have the following documents:
Product certificate,
Instruction manual
Packing list.
7.7 The product packaging should comply with the provisions of SY5309. The packaging must be firm and should comply with the relevant regulations for railway, road and sea transportation. 7.8 The product should be stored in a dry place, and should be covered if stored outdoors. 5
$Y/T5572-93
7.9 The storage of rubber seals should comply with the provisions of GB5722. 7.10 Under normal transportation and storage conditions, within 18 months from the date of leaving the factory, if the product cannot be used normally due to manufacturing quality, the factory will repair or replace parts free of charge.

Should be produced9 Rubber seals should be made of nitrile rubber with oil resistance, weak acid resistance and weak alkali resistance, with a Shore hardness of 80~90 and a temperature resistance of not less than 120'C.
4.10 The dimensions and tolerances of O-shaped rubber seals shall comply with GB3462.1, the tolerances of V-shaped and Y-shaped rubber seals shall comply with the M1 or M2 grades in GB372, and the tolerances of non-sealing dimensions shall comply with the M3 or M4 grades in GB3672. 4,11 The appearance quality of O-shaped rubber seals shall comply with the S grade in GB3452.2. The appearance quality of V-shaped and Y-shaped rubber seals shall not be lower than that in GB7529.
4.12 The main parts shall be subjected to non-destructive testing. 4.13 Parts deformed after heat treatment are allowed to be corrected, and the corrected parts must be subjected to stress relief treatment and flaw detection inspection. 4.14 There should be no cracks, crazing, scarring, pores, delamination, etc. on the inner and outer surfaces of finished parts. It is not allowed to cut, scrape or repair the defective parts.
4.15 The assembly of the product must comply with the provisions of SY5307. The assembly parts and structures should meet the requirements of the drawings, the active parts should rotate (or pull) flexibly, and the fastening parts should not have loose 4.16
The mating parts such as dimensional surfaces, splines, and joints should be in even contact, and uneven force should not be allowed to cause eccentric load. 4.18
During assembly, the connecting threads and friction cutting surfaces should be coated with grease, and the rubber seals should be coated with lubricating oil. 5 Test methods
5,1 The sealing test, performance test, and load test of various types of salvage tools shall be carried out according to the corresponding product standards. 5.2 The hardness test of the main parts is carried out directly on the non-working surface of the parts. 6.3 The defect level of parts for ultrasonic flaw detection shall comply with the provisions of JB39B3, and the magnetic particle flaw detection shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ04D0B. 5.4 The water eye shall be checked with a diameter gauge. The diameter gauge shall be able to enter from one end of the tool water suit without obstruction and pass through the other end. 4
6 Inspection rules
SY/T5572-93
The product must be inspected and qualified by the quality department of the manufacturer and accompanied by a product qualification certificate before it can leave the factory. 6,1 Type inspection
Type inspection items:
Sealing test,
Performance test,
Load test,
Joint thread inspection.
