The product group obtained by standardizing the standardized object according to the principle or principle of serialization. 4.2 The division of product categories, series and types shall comply with the provisions of JB2863. 4.3 Product specification codes shall be specified in the subsequent parts of this standard. 4.4 The code of the product model shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ7010. 5 Determination of main parameters

5.1 The main parameters of the product and the determination of other parameters shall comply with the provisions of GB321 as much as possible, and fully consider the coordination with the common main parameters of similar products in the world.
5.2 The main parameter shall be an invariant parameter that characterizes a certain structural feature or functional feature of the host product. The selection of its numerical system shall fully consider the use requirements and the economy of manufacturing and use. When one main parameter cannot meet the specification characteristics of the product, two or more main parameters can be taken.
5.3 Based on the determined main parameters of the product, select other basic parameters of the host and auxiliary products, including main functional parameters, structural parameters, process (use) parameters and complete set parameters. 5.4 In general, only one value is specified for each quantitatively expressed main parameter or general basic parameter, which is a nominal value or a limit value, but a selectable range is allowed for general basic parameters. The complete set parameters shall comply with the standard provisions of the relevant supporting parts to ensure interface coordination and interchangeability of supporting parts. 5.5 The technical level of the parameters shall comply with the national requirements for the technical level of the product, and shall reflect the latest scientific and technological achievements as much as possible, and fully consider the inheritance of the original advanced practical technology, and achieve coordination in the series parameters of the product. 6 Selection of auxiliary machine parameters
6.1 The auxiliary device of the special equipment for wires and cables is a component that ensures that the whole machine realizes the special manufacturing process function of wires and cables and the reasonable manufacturing process flow of cable products. It should be based on the main machine function, fully consider the cable product specifications and process requirements, and make the best selection and configuration. 6.2 The auxiliary device should first be selected from the standardized general components. When the standardized general components cannot meet the requirements and need to be designed and manufactured separately, they should also be strictly in accordance with the standardized general requirements, and supplemented or derived on the basis of the original specifications. 6.3 According to the product specifications and process requirements of wires and cables, and under the conditions specified in Articles 6.1 and 6.2, the manufacturer and the user are allowed to adjust and select supporting auxiliary devices by agreement.
6.4 Reels
6.4.1 The selection of reels must comply with the following provisions: a. For specifications of 630 and below, the PND type in GB4004 must be used. For specifications above 630, the PN type in GB4004 or the PL type in GB4005 shall be used. b.
The wire and cable finished products shall be wound up with the PL type in GB4005 or the PC, PCZ, PCT type in GB4006. c.
6.4.2 The reel support device shall adopt a combined structure to accelerate the transition from the old to the new reels. 59

A1 The specifications of the reel in this series and basic parameter standards are specified by the wire drum size d. A2 There are two types of specification codes:
ad, which is a single size, such as 400, 500, 630, etc. The reel rack of the reel is only applicable to a certain reel specification represented by b, d, which is a size range, such as 160/250, 400/630, etc. The reel rack of the reel can be of two types, one is applicable to all reels within the range; the other is only applicable to a certain specification reel within the range.
