This standard specifies the type and basic parameters, technical requirements, inspection rules, test methods, marking and packaging of PB series flameproof shielded motors (with pumps hereinafter referred to as motors or electric pumps). This standard applies to flameproof electric pumps that do not contain solid particles in the conveyed liquid, and the electric pumps should ensure that the conveyed liquid is completely leak-free. All series of electric pumps derived from this series of electric pumps can also be used as a reference. This standard stipulates that the explosion-proof performance of electric pumps complies with the provisions of GB3836.2, and is made into flameproof type, with explosion-proof marks of dIAT3, dIAT4, dIBT3, and dIBT4. They are respectively applicable to factory electrical equipment IA level, IB level, temperature groups T~T: (for products with temperature group T) and T,~T (for products with temperature group T.) where explosive mixtures of flammable gas or vapor and air are formed.
This standard stipulates that the design point flow rate of the electric pump is 3:2~200m/h, the design point head is 20~125m, the power is 0.75~90kW, the temperature of the conveyed liquid is -50~+115℃, the maximum kinematic viscosity is 0.5×10*m/s, the density is 300~2000kg/m, and the maximum working pressure of the conveying liquid system does not exceed 4MPa. 2 Reference standards

3.1 Type
3.1.1 The electric pump is a single-stage centrifugal type, and the pump is coaxial with the motor. 3.1.2 The protection grade of the motor housing is IP55. 3.1.3 The motor rating is a continuous rating based on the continuous duty system (S1). The direction of rotation of the motor is counterclockwise when viewed from the pump end. 3.1.4

Basic parameters
The frequency of the motor is 50Hz, and the voltage is 380V. When the electric pump is at room temperature and clear water, the basic parameters should meet the requirements of Table 1 and Figure 1. The efficiency of the pump design point should not be lower than the requirements of Table 1. 3.3.2

Technical requirements
Electric pumps shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1
4.2Electric pumps shall be able to operate continuously and normally under the following conditions of use. 4.2.1The maximum ambient air temperature varies with the seasons, but shall not exceed 40°C. 300

4.3 When the flow rate of the electric pump is rated when tested with normal temperature clean water, the head, pump efficiency and required NPSH shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.3. When other liquid tests are required or field tests are required, the specific test methods shall be agreed upon by the user and the manufacturer. 4.4 The tolerance of the flow rate and head of the electric pump shall comply with the provisions of Class C in GB3216. 4.5 The inlet and outlet flange dimensions of the electric pump shall comply with the provisions of the convex integral steel pipe flange type in GB9112. The installation dimensions and external dimensions of the electric pump shall be produced according to the manufacturer's sample or according to the agreement between the user and the manufacturer. 4.6 The rated power level of the motor equipped with the pump shall comply with the provisions of GB4826. In principle, the ratio of the rated power of the motor equipped with the electric pump to the rated working condition shaft power of the electric pump shall be located above the curve shown in Figure 2. However, if the maximum shaft power of the electric pump within the allowable working range does not exceed the rated power of the motor equipped, the percentage value specified in Figure 2 may be reduced. %

The deviation of the power supply voltage and frequency from the rated value of the motor during operation shall comply with the provisions of GB755. The electrical performance of the motor shall meet the following requirements: 4.8
When the power, voltage and frequency are rated, the guaranteed values of the motor efficiency and power factor shall not be lower than the provisions of Table 3. At rated voltage, the guaranteed value of the ratio of the motor's stall torque to the rated torque shall not be lower than the provisions of Table 3. 4.8.2

4.8.4 Under rated voltage, the guaranteed value of the ratio of the minimum torque to the rated torque during the motor starting process shall not be less than 0.8 times. 4.8.5 Under rated voltage, the guaranteed value of the ratio of the maximum torque to the rated torque of the motor shall not be less than 1.8 times, 4.8.6 Under rated voltage, the guaranteed value of the ratio of the motor's stall current to the rated current shall not be greater than 6 times. Note: When calculating the ratio of the stall current to the rated current, the rated current value used shall be obtained according to the rated power, rated voltage, and the guaranteed values of efficiency and power factor (excluding tolerance).

4.9 The motor adopts B, F, and H grade insulation. When the use conditions meet the requirements of Article 4.2, the temperature limit of the stator winding shall not exceed the requirements of Table 5.

4.10 The motor shall be able to withstand the maximum torque value specified in Article 4.8.5 (including tolerance) for 15 days without sudden change of speed, stoppage and harmful deformation under hot state and gradually increasing torque. At this time, the voltage and frequency shall be maintained at the rated value. 4.11 The motor shall be able to withstand an overspeed test of 1.2 times the rated speed under no-load condition. The duration is 2 minutes. After the test, there shall be no permanent abnormal deformation and no other defects that hinder the normal operation of the motor, and it shall be considered qualified. 4.12 The insulation resistance of the motor stator winding shall not be less than 0.5M0 in hot state or after temperature test, and the cold insulation resistance shall not be less than 50Ma.
4.13 The stator winding of the motor shall be able to withstand a withstand voltage test for 1 minute without breakdown. The frequency of the test voltage is 50Hz and it shall be a sine wave as much as possible. The effective value of the test voltage is 1760V. When a large number of motors are inspected and tested, the test time is allowed to be shortened to 1s, and the effective value of the test voltage is 2110V. The test voltage is applied by a test rod.
4.14 The stator winding of the motor should be able to withstand the inter-electromechanical impulse withstand voltage test, and the peak value of the impulse test voltage shall comply with the provisions of JB/Z346. 4.15 Balance and vibration
4.15.1 The rotating parts of the electric pump shall be dynamically balanced. 4.15.2 When the electric pump is in rated operation, the effective value of the measured vibration velocity shall not exceed the provisions of Table 6 for horizontally installed electric pumps. For vertically installed electric pumps, it shall not exceed 4.5mm/s.

5 When the electric pump is in rated operation, the measured A-weighted average sound pressure level shall not exceed the provisions of Table 7. 4.16

When the three-phase power supply is balanced, the deviation of any phase of the three-phase no-load current of the motor from the three-phase average value should not be greater than 10% of the three-phase average value 4.17

The motor is equipped with overheat protection and bearing wear monitoring devices according to user requirements. 4.181
4.19When the motor is inspected and tested, the no-load current and loss, the locked-rotor current and loss of the motor should be controlled within the specified range. To ensure that the performance of the motor meets the requirements of Article 4.8. 4.20: There is a grounding bolt in the motor junction box, and a grounding mark should be set near the grounding bolt. This mark should ensure that it is not easy to erase during the entire service life of the motor.
The electric pump assembly should be complete and correct, with complete nameplates and marks, and the surface paint should be completely dry without stains, magnetic damage and cracks. 4.21
The electric pump should be able to rotate freely, smoothly and briskly, without stagnation and other phenomena. 4.22
The electric pump should be subjected to a whole machine water pressure test, the test pressure is 1.5 times the maximum working pressure, the test is carried out with clean water at room temperature, the pressure is maintained for 4.23
not less than 10 minutes, and the pressure-bearing parts and seals shall not have defects such as leakage and deformation, and then slowly release the pressure. 4.24 On the basis of the user's correct selection of models and materials, in accordance with the provisions of the instruction manual, the manufacturer shall ensure that the electric pump can operate normally within one year of use, but within two years from the date of shipment from the manufacturer (except for wearing parts such as bearings, bearing sleeves, thrust plates, etc.). If the electric pump is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality within this specified time, the manufacturer shall repair or replace parts for the user free of charge until the entire electric pump is replaced, but the damage caused by normal damage to wearing parts or failure to replace wearing parts that should be replaced is not within this limit. 5 Inspection rules
Electric pumps should obtain the "explosion-proof certificate" issued by the explosion-proof inspection unit. 5.1
5.2 Each electric pump must be inspected and tested by the manufacturer's technical inspection department according to the inspection test items and user order requirements before it can be shipped, and it should be accompanied by a product certificate.
5.3 Each electric pump should undergo inspection and testing, and the inspection and testing items include: 5.3.1

5.4 In addition to Article 5.3, the inspection and test items of electric pumps and their parts shall also include the inspection items specified in the drawings according to GB3836.2. 5.5 Type test must be carried out in any of the following situations. a.
When the test of new products is completed;
When the manufacturer's first trial production or small batch trial production is carried out when the design or process changes are sufficient to cause changes in certain performances; when the inspection test results have an unacceptable deviation from the previous type test results; Electric pumps produced in batches are regularly sampled and tested at least once a year. 5.6 The electric pump type test items include:
all items of inspection test;
operation test;
performance test (and provide the performance curves of head, shaft power, efficiency, speed and flow rate according to regulations); cavitation test (and provide the relationship curve of cavitation margin and flow rate according to regulations); motor load characteristic curve measurement (and provide the performance curves of efficiency, power factor, input power, slip rate, stator current and output power according to regulations);
motor temperature test;
motor short-time over-torque test;
measurement of the maximum torque of the motor;
measurement of the minimum torque during the starting process of the motor; motor overspeed test;
measurement of electric pump noise;
shell protection grade test (only performed when the product is finalized). 1.
5.7 For the following cases, drawings and documents review and sample inspection must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3836.2: a.
Products that have not obtained the anti-drying certificate;
Products whose explosion-proof certificates have expired;
Products that have obtained the explosion-proof certificate, but the partial changes involve the relevant provisions of explosion-proof performance, the changed drawings, documents and instructions should be sent to the original inspection unit for re-inspection;
d. When the inspection unit needs to re-inspect the products that have been issued with explosion-proof certificates. 6 Test methods

6.1 The test methods for the operation test, performance test and cavitation test of the electric pump shall be in accordance with the Class C provisions of GB3216. When the measured performance point is higher than the specified performance point and is judged to be unqualified, if it is only for turning the impeller diameter to make the head within the tolerance range, there is no need to retest, but the turning amount of the impeller diameter shall not exceed 5% of the original diameter. 6.2 The measurement method of electric pump vibration shall comply with the Class B provisions in GB10889. The measurement method of electric pump noise shall comply with the Class C provisions in GB10890. 6.3
The performance test and measurement method of the motor shall comply with the provisions of GB1032. 6.4
The test method of the inter-turn impulse withstand voltage of the motor shall comply with the provisions of JB/Z294. 6.5
The test of the protection level of the motor housing shall comply with the provisions of GB4942.1. 6.6
In all tests of the electric pump, when the rotor needs to rotate, the rotor cavity should always be filled with the test liquid to avoid dry wear damage to the bearing. 1

7.1 Marking
Each electric pump must be firmly equipped with a nameplate indicating the rated data of the electric pump and its necessary matters in a conspicuous position. The material and engraving method of the nameplate should ensure that its handwriting is not easily erased during the entire service period of the electric pump. 7.1.2

7.1.6 The outlet of the motor stator winding and the terminal in the junction box should have corresponding marks, and the writing should be indelible during the entire use of the motor. The marks of the three-phase power line terminals of the motor are U, V, and W. 7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 The packaging of the product shall comply with the provisions of JB2759. 7.2.2 The packaging of the electrical system shall ensure that it will not be damaged due to poor packaging under normal transportation conditions, and measures shall be taken to avoid damage to the bearings caused by vibration and magnetic collision during transportation. 7.2.3
All access holes of the electric pump should be sealed to prevent damage during transportation and entry of foreign objects. The outer wall of the box should be clearly marked and the content is as follows: the name of the shipping station and the manufacturer; the name of the receiving station and the receiving unit; the model and product number of the motor: the net weight of the motor and the gross weight of the box; the outer dimensions of the box, and the words and symbols such as "Do not invert", "moisture-proof" and "center of gravity" are marked at appropriate positions on the outer wall of the box. The graphics should comply with the provisions of GB191. Each electric pump should be accompanied by documents and accessories. Packing list; product certificate; instruction manual: installation dimensions and outer dimensions; necessary accessories.
