JB6217-1992
This standard specifies the type and basic parameters, technical requirements, inspection rules, test methods, marking and packaging of PB series flameproof shielded motors (with pumps hereinafter referred to as motors or electric pumps). This standard applies to flameproof electric pumps that do not contain solid particles in the conveyed liquid, and the electric pumps should ensure that the conveyed liquid is completely leak-free. All series of electric pumps derived from this series of electric pumps can also be used as a reference. This standard stipulates that the explosion-proof performance of electric pumps complies with the provisions of GB3836.2, and is made into flameproof type, with explosion-proof marks of dIAT3, dIAT4, dIBT3, and dIBT4. They are respectively applicable to factory electrical equipment IA level, IB level, temperature groups T~T: (for products with temperature group T) and T,~T (for products with temperature group T.) where explosive mixtures of flammable gas or vapor and air are formed.

3.1 Type

Basic parameters

4.3 When the flow rate of the electric pump is rated when tested with normal temperature clean water, the head, pump efficiency and required NPSH shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.3. When other liquid tests are required or field tests are required, the specific test methods shall be agreed upon by the user and the manufacturer. 4.4 The tolerance of the flow rate and head of the electric pump shall comply with the provisions of Class C in GB3216. 4.5 The inlet and outlet flange dimensions of the electric pump shall comply with the provisions of the convex integral steel pipe flange type in GB9112. The installation dimensions and external dimensions of the electric pump shall be produced according to the manufacturer's sample or according to the agreement between the user and the manufacturer. 4.6 The rated power level of the motor equipped with the pump shall comply with the provisions of GB4826. In principle, the ratio of the rated power of the motor equipped with the electric pump to the rated working condition shaft power of the electric pump shall be located above the curve shown in Figure 2. However, if the maximum shaft power of the electric pump within the allowable working range does not exceed the rated power of the motor equipped, the percentage value specified in Figure 2 may be reduced. %

4.8.4 Under rated voltage, the guaranteed value of the ratio of the minimum torque to the rated torque during the motor starting process shall not be less than 0.8 times. 4.8.5 Under rated voltage, the guaranteed value of the ratio of the maximum torque to the rated torque of the motor shall not be less than 1.8 times, 4.8.6 Under rated voltage, the guaranteed value of the ratio of the motor's stall current to the rated current shall not be greater than 6 times. 4.9 The motor adopts B, F, and H grade insulation. When the use conditions meet the requirements of Article 4.2, the temperature limit of the stator winding shall not exceed the requirements of Table 5.

4.10 The motor shall be able to withstand the maximum torque value specified in Article 4.8.5 (including tolerance) for 15 days without sudden change of speed, stoppage and harmful deformation under hot state and gradually increasing torque. At this time, the voltage and frequency shall be maintained at the rated value. 4.11 The motor shall be able to withstand an overspeed test of 1.2 times the rated speed under no-load condition. The duration is 2 minutes. After the test, there shall be no permanent abnormal deformation and no other defects that hinder the normal operation of the motor, and it shall be considered qualified. 4.12 The insulation resistance of the motor stator winding shall not be less than 0.5M0 in hot state or after temperature test, and the cold insulation resistance shall not be less than 50Ma.
4.13 The stator winding of the motor shall be able to withstand a withstand voltage test for 1 minute without breakdown. The frequency of the test voltage is 50Hz and it shall be a sine wave as much as possible. The effective value of the test voltage is 1760V. When a large number of motors are inspected and tested, the test time is allowed to be shortened to 1s, and the effective value of the test voltage is 2110V. The test voltage is applied by a test rod.
4.14 The stator winding of the motor should be able to withstand the inter-electromechanical impulse withstand voltage test, and the peak value of the impulse test voltage shall comply with the provisions of JB/Z346. 4.15 Balance and vibration
4.15.1 The rotating parts of the electric pump shall be dynamically balanced. 4.15.2 When the electric pump is in rated operation, the effective value of the measured vibration velocity shall not exceed the provisions of Table 6 for horizontally installed electric pumps. For vertically installed electric pumps, it shall not exceed 4.5mm/s.

4.19When the motor is inspected and tested, the no-load current and loss, the locked-rotor current and loss of the motor should be controlled within the specified range. The electric pump assembly should be complete and correct, with complete nameplates and marks, and the surface paint should be completely dry without stains, magnetic damage and cracks. 4.21
The electric pump should be able to rotate freely, smoothly and briskly, without stagnation and other phenomena. 4.22
The electric pump should be subjected to a whole machine water pressure test, the test pressure is 1.5 times the maximum working pressure, the test is carried out with clean water at room temperature, the pressure is maintained for 4.23
not less than 10 minutes, and the pressure-bearing parts and seals shall not have defects such as leakage and deformation, and then slowly release the pressure. 4.24 On the basis of the user's correct selection of models and materials, in accordance with the provisions of the instruction manual, the manufacturer shall ensure that the electric pump can operate normally within one year of use, but within two years from the date of shipment from the manufacturer (except for wearing parts such as bearings, bearing sleeves, thrust plates, etc.). If the electric pump is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality within this specified time, the manufacturer shall repair or replace parts for the user free of charge until the entire electric pump is replaced, but the damage caused by normal damage to wearing parts or failure to replace wearing parts that should be replaced is not within this limit. 5 Inspection rules
Electric pumps should obtain the "explosion-proof certificate" issued by the explosion-proof inspection unit. 5.1
5.2 Each electric pump must be inspected and tested by the manufacturer's technical inspection department according to the inspection test items and user order requirements before it can be shipped, and it should be accompanied by a product certificate.
5.3 Each electric pump should undergo inspection and testing, and the inspection and testing items include: 5.3.1

5.7 For the following cases, drawings and documents review and sample inspection must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3836.2: a.

6.1 The test methods for the operation test, performance test and cavitation test of the electric pump shall be in accordance with the Class C provisions of GB3216.
