Only editorial revisions were made during the revision, and the main technical content remained unchanged. This standard replaces JB/Z338.1~338.1488 from the date of implementation. All appendices of this standard are informative appendices. This standard is proposed and managed by the Mechanical Science Research Institute. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Mechanical Science Research Institute The main drafters of this standard: Ma Xianzhi, Li Qin, Shi Junwei, Wu Cheng, Du Shanyi. 1 1 Scope Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Modification of process documents Guide for process management Guide for technological managementChange for technological documentation This standard specifies the principles, procedures and methods for modifying process documents This standard applies to the modification of process documents for electromechanical products. 2 Referenced standards JB/T9169.8-1998 Replaces JB/Z338.8—88 The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards are subject to revision, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. JB/T9165.3—1998 Management Process Document Format 3 General Principles for Process Document Modification 3.1 When a process document needs to be modified, the process department should generally issue a process document change notice and make the modification based on the change notice. 3.2 When modifying a process document, the related documents must be modified at the same time to ensure that the modified documents are correct and unified. 3.3 After the process document modification notice is issued, the documents that need to be modified should be modified within the specified date. 3.4 Temporary modification of process documents When the process needs to be changed due to temporary equipment, process equipment or materials, etc., a "temporary departure from process notice" should be filled in, which will take effect after being countersigned and approved by the relevant departments, but the formal process documents cannot be modified. 4 Process document modification procedure 4.1 Fill in the process document change notice, and its format should comply with the provisions of JB/T9165.3. 4.2 The process document change notice should be countersigned by the relevant departments and can only be issued after being reviewed and approved. 4.3 Make modifications according to the requirements of the approved process document change notice. 5 Modification method 5.1 Do not make any changes during modification. The modified part should be crossed out with a thin solid line so that the crossed out part can still be seen clearly, and then fill in the modified content nearby. 5.2 Mark the mark used for this modification near the modified part. The marking symbol should be in accordance with the provisions of the change notice. 5.3 When making a modification, the mark used for this modification, the number of changes, the number of the change notice, the date and the signature of the modifier must be filled in the change column at the end of the modified file. 5.4 In the following cases, the process document needs to be re-traced after modification a) After multiple modifications, the document has become blurred: b) Although it is the first modification, the content of the modification is large and the document is no longer clear after the modification. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on November 16, 1998, and implemented on December 1, 1998 JB/T9169.8-1998 5 The change column of the redrawn base map should be filled in according to the following provisions:5.5 a) The "mark" column should be filled with the mark used for this change before the redrawing;b) The "number of places" column should be filled with the word "redrawing";c) The "change file number" column should be filled with the number of the change notification before the redrawing;d) The "signature" and "date" columns should be signed by the process personnel responsible for review.6 When the new drawn process documents are replaced, the old process documents must be collected and filed for reference. Moreover, the new and old documents should be distinguished by marks, and it is strictly forbidden to mix the new and old documents.5.6
