5.1 No-load action check
Hang the hand chain on the bracket, and pull the hand chain back and forth manually in the no-load state to make the lower hook rise and fall once, and the test lifting height is as specified in Table 4. The test results should meet the requirements of Article 4.1.1. 5.2 Dynamic load test
Install the hand chain on the test bench and load it according to the test load specified in Table 3, and drive it manually or by other similar mechanical methods simulating manual operation, but the linear speed of the hand chain shall not exceed 15m/min. Lift and fall once according to the test height specified in Table 4. The test results should meet the requirements of Article 4.1.2.
5.3 Braking performance test
Install the hand chain on the test bench and load it with the test load specified in Table 5. Test separately. During the test, lift the load by 300mm; then manually lower the load to the height equivalent to one rotation of the lifting chain wheel, and check the braking performance of the brake by feel and visual inspection. The test results shall meet the requirements of Article 4.1.3.
5.4. Determination of the overall efficiency
The average hand pull force is measured by the electric measurement method on the hand chain hoist tension measuring equipment, and then the overall efficiency is calculated. First, the test equipment should be calibrated, and then the load of the rated lifting weight is hung on the hand chain hoist to be tested. Pull the hand chain to adjust the position of the lifting sprocket. Make it in the position where the lifting chain applies the maximum torque to it, then use the tension electric measurement equipment to drive the hand chain hoist to lift the load, and use the electric measurement method to measure the average hand pull force Fhl in the process of the lifting sprocket rotating through a flat ring groove and a vertical ring groove. The rotation angle of the lifting sprocket is converted by the number of rings of the hand chain. Repeat the above test when the lifting sprocket is in the position where the lifting chain applies the minimum torque to it, and measure the average hand pull force F2. Take the average value of Fh and Fh2 to get the measured average hand pull force Fh. Then calculate the whole machine efficiency according to formula (1) in Article 4.1.4. The test results shall comply with the requirements of Table 6.
5.5 Continuous action performance test
The test is carried out on the test bench. The test load, lifting height and speed of the hand chain are the same as the dynamic load test. It is mechanically driven, and the working cycle is lifting-stopping-lowering-stopping. During the test, the power-on duration of the electrical equipment is 40%. During the entire test, the load should not touch the ground. The lifting chain and gears are allowed to be lubricated. The test results shall comply with the requirements of Article 4.1.5. 5.6 Whole machine limit strength test
First, lower the lifting chain to the limit position to put the tail ring limit device in working condition, and then slowly hang a load equal to 2.5 times the rated hand pull force on the descending side of the hand chain and keep it for 1 minute. The test results shall comply with the requirements of Article 4.1.6. During the test, appropriate methods can be used to reduce the deflection of the hand chain hoist caused by unbalanced weight and affect the test. 5.7 Static load test
Clamp the chain hoist with a clamp on the universal material testing machine. The diameter of the clamp at the connection with the hook is about 1/3 of the hook cavity diameter. If the stroke of the testing machine is limited, it is allowed to remove the upper and lower hooks for separate tests. When clamping the chain hoist, the lifting sprocket should be in the position where the lifting chain applies the maximum torque to it. During the test, load slowly and evenly until the value required by Article 4.1.7 is reached, and maintain for 1 minute. 5.8 Determination of the breaking force and total ultimate elongation of the lifting chain The determination of the breaking force and total ultimate elongation of the lifting chain shall comply with the provisions of GB4829. 5.9 Determination of the N-ring pitch deviation of the lifting chain On the universal material testing machine, a lifting chain sample with an appropriate number of rings randomly sampled is installed in the clamp, and a tensile force of 5% of the chain verification force is applied to tighten the chain segment, as shown in Figure 3. Lout, 2d, and 2d2 are measured three times and the average value is taken. Then calculate L and △L according to formula (2) and formula (3). The AL value shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.3.2.2 of GB5802. L=Lout

-N ring pitch total length, mm;
Where: L-
P——single ring pitch nominal value, mm;

5.10 The hook mouth deformation test and overload test shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 5 of JB4207. 5.11 Determination of the minimum distance between the two hooks and the standard lifting height (2)
Load the hand chain hoist with an appropriate load on the test bench, lift the lower hook to the upper limit working position, measure the distance between the inner edges of the upper and lower hook cavities Hmia (see Figure 1), then lower the lower hook to the lower limit working position, and measure the distance between the inner edges of the upper and lower hook cavities Hmx188
