4 Technical requirements

4.1 Semi-feed combine harvesters shall meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved through prescribed procedures. 4.2 Main parts
4.2.1 Cutter, conveyor chain, transmission chain, threshing teeth, hydraulic cylinder, gear transmission, spline, conveyor screw, screen and fork, spring, steering clutch, clutch assembly, universal joint transmission assembly and other parts shall comply with relevant standards. 4.2.2 The materials of main parts shall comply with the following provisions: a. The drum shaft and other main shaft parts (excluding drive and travel assembly) shall be made of 45 steel specified in GB699 and shall be quenched and tempered, except for cold-drawn round steel. b. The finger teeth and plate teeth used for threshing shall be made of 65Mn steel not lower than that specified in GB699, and the hardness of the fire zone shall be 45~55HRC
c. The box body and the cast pulley with a weight greater than 5kg shall be made of HT-200 gray cast iron not lower than that specified in GB9439. 4.2.3 Cutting platform
4.2.3.1 The ground clearance of the cutting platform shall be consistent, and the difference shall not be greater than 10mm within each meter of cutting width. 4.2.3.2 The lifting of the cutting platform shall be flexible, stable and reliable, and there shall be no jamming or other phenomena. 4.2.3.3 The cutting platform shall run smoothly and there shall be no abnormal noise. 4.2.3.4 The vertical cutting platform's rice finger shall move smoothly in the track and no jamming shall occur. 4.2.3.5 The passive rice star wheel on the vertical cutting platform shall be engaged with the conveying chain, and there shall be no jamming or separation. The horizontal harvester reel should be able to be easily adjusted up, down, forward and backward. 4.2.3.6
4.2.4 Intermediate conveying
4.2.4.1 The intermediate conveying components should ensure that the crops are transported neatly and smoothly, and the transition points should be reliable without interference or jamming. 4.2.4.2 The feeding depth adjustment mechanism should be convenient and reliable, and the adjustment amount should be able to meet the applicable scope of the machine. 4.2.4.3 When two sprockets are required on the same axis to drive and clamp the conveyor chain at the same time, the sprocket tooth working surfaces should overlap, and the difference should not be greater than 1mm.
4.2.5 Threshing drum
4.2.5.1 For spike-tooth, plate-tooth and finger-tooth threshing drums, the radial runout of all threshing teeth should be less than or equal to 2mm4.2.5.2 The radial runout of the circumference of both ends and the end face of the bow-tooth threshing drum should be less than or equal to 1.5mm, and the radial runout of the circumference of the middle part should be less than or equal to 2mm.
4.2.5.3 The bow-tooth threshing drum (including the pulley) should be statically balanced, and its unbalance should not be greater than 1.5×10°gmm. 4.2.5.4 The spike-tooth and finger-tooth threshing drums should be dynamically balanced, and their unbalance should not be greater than G6.3. 4.2.6 Concave plate
4.2.6.1 The diagonal difference of the grid type concave plate shall not exceed 2.5mm when the concave plate length is less than or equal to 900mm; and shall not exceed 4mm when the concave plate length is greater than 900mm.
4.2.6.2 The working surface of the grid type concave plate with finger teeth and plate teeth shall allow the local gap to be no more than 3mm when checked with a sample. 4.2.6.3 The working surface of the woven screen concave plate shall allow the local gap to be no more than 5mm when checked with a sample. 4.2.7 Fan
4.2.7.1 The fan (including the pulley) matched with the toothed threshing drum shall be statically balanced, and its unbalance shall not exceed 1×10°gmm. 4.2.7.2 When the fan speed exceeds 1500r/min, it shall be dynamically balanced, and its unbalance shall not exceed G6.3 level. 2
4.2.8 Frame welding (combination)

4.2.8.1 Frame welding shall meet the requirements of relevant welding quality standards. 4.2.8.2 The difference between the horizontal and vertical diagonal dimensions of the frame shall not be greater than 0.2% of its diagonal dimension. 4.2.8.3 When the bearings and bearing seats of rotating shaft parts are directly installed on the side walls, the coaxiality of the side walls at both ends to the mounting holes shall not be less than grade 11; when the bearing seats are installed on the frame, the axis of the bearing hole shall be perpendicular to the side wall, the verticality shall not be less than grade 10, and the flatness of the mounting plane shall not be less than grade 10.
4.2.9 Transmission system
4.2.9.1 The position of the symmetrical center plane of each sprocket tooth in the same circuit shall not be greater than 0.2% of the center distance. 4.2.9.2 In open transmission and cross transmission, the position accuracy of the symmetrical center plane of the pulley groove of the same circuit (excluding special designed transmission) is: when the center distance is less than 1.2m, it shall not be greater than 0.3% of the pulley center distance; when the center distance is greater than or equal to 1.2m, it shall not be greater than 0.5% of the pulley center distance.
4.2.9.3 All rotating parts with a linear speed greater than 5m/s and a weight greater than 5kg shall be statically balanced, and the unbalance shall not be greater than G6.3 level 4.2.10 Power and drive axle
The engine of the semi-fed combine harvester shall comply with the provisions of GB1147, and the matching tractor shall comply with the provisions of NJ80. The ground pressure of the crawler semi-fed combine harvester shall generally be less than or equal to 24kPa. The symmetrical center plane of the guide wheel and the supporting wheel of the crawler walking system shall coincide with the center plane of the driving wheel, and the position accuracy shall not exceed 2mm. The center planes of the left and right crawler frames should be parallel, and the parallelism should not exceed 0.3% of the wheelbase. The clutch should ensure smooth and reliable engagement, complete and thorough separation. When the clutch is separated, the speed change of each gear should be flexible and without jamming. 4.2.10.7
When working in each gear, the gearbox shall not have abnormal noise, gear disengagement and gear disorder. 4.2.10.8
The gearbox shall comply with the provisions of NJ380.
4.2.10.9 The assembled drive axle shall be run-in for 30 minutes without operation. The run-in shall meet the requirements of Articles 4.2.10.5 to 4.2.10.7. After the run-in, the gear oil shall be replaced with new gear oil.
4.2.10.10 The cleanliness of the drive axle (transmission box) shall be less than or equal to 33mg/kW. 4.2.10.11
The guide wheel and the supporting wheel shall be easy to lubricate.
4.2.10.12
The operating force of each operating handle and pedal shall comply with the relevant standard requirements. Hydraulic system
The hydraulic operating system shall be flexible and reliable in steering without any jamming phenomenon4.2.11.1
Each oil pipe and joint shall be subjected to pressure resistance test at 1.5 times the working pressure, and the pressure shall be maintained for 2 minutes. The pipeline shall not leak oil. 4.2.11.3
3The cleanliness of the hydraulic system shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. 2All parts must be inspected and qualified, and purchased parts and outsourced parts must have a certificate of conformity before assembly. 4.2.12
4.3Overall assembly
Each adjustment mechanism shall ensure convenient, flexible and reliable adjustment, and the adjustment range of each component shall meet the design requirements. 4.3.14
4.3.2When the hydraulic lifting mechanism of the cutting platform is in working condition, the lifting time is 2.5~3.5s, and the static settlement of the cutting platform shall not exceed 10mm. 4.3.3The gap between the top of the roller tooth and the concave plate shall meet the design requirements. 4.3.4Each control system shall be flexible and light. All control handles or pedals that require automatic return shall be able to return automatically immediately after the operating force is removed, without jamming.

4.3.5 After the brake is applied, the vehicle should be able to stop reliably on a dry and hard longitudinal slope of 11°. 4.3.6 The surfaces of fasteners and connectors should be treated with rust prevention. 4.3.7 The performance level of fasteners in important parts should be: bolts should not be lower than level 8.8, and nuts should not be lower than level 8. 4.3.8 The engine, gearbox and hydraulic system of the semi-fed combine harvester should not be allowed to leak oil, water or air. The joint surfaces and sealing surfaces of the header and threshing body should not be allowed to leak grain. ) The digital and signal displayed by the instrument and indicator should be accurate, the switch should work reliably, and the electrical equipment should comply with the provisions of 4.3.9
of ZBT35001.
4.3.10 The painting of the semi-fed combine harvester should comply with the provisions of NJ/Z3. 4.4 If the user unit uses and maintains the equipment normally according to the instruction manual provided by the manufacturer, the warranty period is one year. During the warranty period, if the equipment is damaged or cannot work properly due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair, replace or return the equipment (except for normal wear of parts).
5 Safety
5.1 The general safety technical requirements of the semi-fed combine harvester shall comply with the provisions of GB10395.1. The transmission shall be safe and reliable, and the exposed transmission parts close to the operator shall be equipped with protective covers. 5.2 There shall be obvious safety signs at dangerous transmission parts and working parts. The safety signs shall comply with the provisions of GB10396. 6 Factory test and acceptance rules
6.1 Each semi-fed combine harvester that has been assembled must be tested for 30 minutes of idling. The idling test shall meet the following requirements:
a. The starting is convenient and stable, and the engine is shut down reliably; b. Each operating system shall be flexible, accurate and reliable; c. The working parts of the machine shall run smoothly without any jamming, collision or abnormal sound; d. The connectors and fasteners shall not be loose;
e. The gear box, bearing seat and bearing parts shall not be allowed to have serious heating phenomenon, and the temperature rise shall not exceed 25℃; f. Oil leakage, water leakage and air leakage are not allowed. 6.2 Each self-propelled semi-feeding combine harvester shall be tested for walking. The test shall be carried out under various gears. The test results shall comply with the provisions of the standard, and the test time shall comply with the provisions of the product technical documents. 6.3 If there is any non-compliance with the requirements during the test, the test shall be stopped and the test shall be carried out again after the fault is eliminated. 6.4 The assembly quality of the semi-feeding combine harvester shall comply with the provisions of this standard and its inspection and acceptance technical conditions. 6.5 Each semi-feeding combine harvester shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and issued with a certificate of conformity before it can be shipped out of the factory. 6.6 When one of the following conditions occurs to a semi-fed combine harvester, it shall be subject to type inspection according to relevant standards, with performance test and production test as the main contents:
a. Pre-production and identification of new products or old products for transfer to factory production; b. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, process and materials, which may affect product performance; c. During normal production, it shall be inspected periodically after a certain amount of production has been accumulated, generally once every three years; d. When the product is resumed after long-term suspension of production; e. When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection result; 4

f. When the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirement of type inspection. 6.7 For semi-fed combine harvesters delivered from the factory, the ordering unit has the right to conduct random inspection of the products delivered from the factory according to the provisions of this standard. The random inspection rules and judgment methods shall be jointly agreed upon by the ordering unit and the manufacturer. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Each semi-feed combine harvester should be equipped with a fixed product label. The label should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306, and its contents include: a. Manufacturer name;
b. Product model and name;
c. Product main technical specifications;
d. Product factory number;
e. Product factory date.
7.2 Registered trademarks should be fixed in a conspicuous position on each product and its accessories. 7.3 Lubrication points, adjustment parts and precautions on the machine should be marked in a conspicuous position. 7.4 There should be a packaging mark in a conspicuous place on each package, and the content of the packaging mark should include the product number, name, part number, quantity, weight, arrival station and delivery date.
7.5 The shipment of machinery and equipment shall comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department. Accessories, spare parts, tools and parts that must be removed during transportation shall be packed separately to ensure that they are not damaged during transportation. 7.6 The documents accompanying the machinery and equipment are:
a. Packing list;
b. Product quality inspection certificate;
c. Product instruction manual;
d. User opinion survey form.
7.7 The following work must be done before the shipment of self-propelled semi-fed combine harvesters: a. Drain the fuel and cooling water, seal the exhaust pipe, and fasten the sign "The fuel and water in the engine have been drained", and add the lead seal where it is required;
b. Separate the battery grounding wire.
The storage of semi-fed combine harvesters shall comply with the provisions of the relevant material and technical storage regulations. Additional remarks:

7.2 Registered trademarks should be fixed in a conspicuous position on each product and its accessories. 7.3 Lubrication points, adjustment parts and precautions on the machine should be marked in a conspicuous position. 7.4 There should be a packaging mark in a conspicuous place on each package, and the content of the packaging mark should include the product number, name, part number, quantity, weight, arrival station and delivery date.
7.5 The shipment of machinery and equipment shall comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department. b. Separate the battery grounding wire.
The storage of semi-fed combine harvesters shall comply with the provisions of the relevant material and technical storage regulations. Additional remarks:
