If there is obvious feeling, it is unqualified for this item.
4.1.2.7 Peeling
JB/T56099—1999
If the surface of the welding wire is peeled off or lifted, it is unqualified for this item. 4.1.2.8 Pit
If the area of the pit on the surface of the welding wire is greater than 4mm2 and the depth is greater than 0.3mm, it is unqualified for this item. 4.1.2.9 Scratches
If the depth of the local scratch of the welding wire is greater than 0.2mm, or the scratches on the whole wire or the whole section of the wire are obviously noticeable, it is unqualified for this item. 4.1.2.10

Wire curvature
4.1.3.1 For straight wires, in addition to diameter, discoloration, and marking, 10% of the total score for each unqualified wire will be deducted for each wire. If more than 10 wires are unqualified, 0.1 point will be deducted for each wire.
Except for diameter, discoloration and marking, for coiled wire, each 500mm section is a section. For each section of unqualified wire, 10% of the total score of that item will be deducted for each section
4.1.3.2 If a straight wire fails to meet the requirements for one item, the higher-scoring item will be deducted, and the deduction will not be repeated, but the number of unqualified items will be counted. If more than one item in each section of coiled wire fails to meet the requirements, the deduction can be repeated. 4.1.3.3 The diameter, discoloration and marking can be deducted repeatedly, but the number of unqualified items will not be counted. 3
JB/T56099—1999

The re-inspection results shall meet the requirements of qualified products. 4.3.4 If the external quality is doubled and re-inspected again, the unqualified ones shall be re-selected or judged as unqualified products. 5 Sampling method
100 straight welding wires shall be sampled from each batch, and 6m of coiled welding wires shall be sampled, and the sampling locations shall not be less than two. When two items need to be inspected at the same time, 120 straight welding wires can be sampled, and 7m of coiled welding wires can be sampled. When the inspection fails and needs to be re-inspected, the sampling shall be doubled according to the above method. Evaluation method
