1.1 The limit deviation of the dimensions without tolerances in the drawing shall be in accordance with js14 of GB1804-79 "Tolerances and Fits, Limit Deviations of Dimensions without Tolerances". bZxz.net
1.2 The shape and position tolerances without shape and position tolerances in the drawing shall be in accordance with GB1184-80 "Regulations on Shape and Position Tolerances without Tolerances", among which the tolerance grades of straightness, single-sidedness and coaxiality shall be C grade. 1.3 The edges of plate parts shall be blunted.
1.4 The basic dimensions of the thread in the part drawing shall comply with the provisions of GB19681 "Basic dimensions of ordinary threads (diameter 1~600mm)", and its deviation shall comply with Grade 3 of GB197-81 "Tolerances and fits of ordinary threads (diameter 1~355mm)". 1.6 The dimensions of the grinding wheel overtravel groove in the part drawing shall comply with the provisions of JB3-59 "Grinding wheel overtravel groove". 1.6 Substitution of part materials is allowed, but the mechanical properties of the substitute materials shall not be lower than the requirements of the specified materials. 1.7 The surface of the parts shall not have defects such as rust, cracks, inclusions, pits, oxidation spots and scratches that affect use after visual inspection. 1.8 All plate parts weighing more than 25 kg shall be provided with screw holes for lifting, and the number, position and size shall be determined by the contractor.
If there are other technical requirements for the parts, they shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 2 Inspection rules
2.1 Parts shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of GB 4169.1~4169.11-84 and 1.1~1.9 of this standard. Parts that pass the inspection shall be marked with an inspection pass mark.
2.2 The inspection items and methods for parts delivery shall be agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer. Name marking, packaging, transportation, storage
3.1 The specifications and material marks of the parts shall be made by electric engraving, steel stamping, hanging or labeling on the non-working surface of the parts or the packaging. The factory packaging shall have the manufacturer's name, part name, specifications, quantity and production date. 3.2 The qualified parts shall be cleaned and stored in the warehouse after rust prevention treatment. 3.3 The parts shall be packaged according to the transportation requirements and safety measures shall be taken to ensure that the parts will not be damaged or accidents will occur during normal transportation (within the responsible mileage). The packaging form and method shall be determined by the contractor. 3.4 If there are other requirements, they shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties.
