This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of light and small pipe water irrigation units. This standard applies to hand-operated, wheelbarrow-type and tractor-driven light and small pipe water irrigation units (hereinafter referred to as pipe irrigation machines) with a matching power of 2.211.0kW.

3.1 General requirements

Technical conditions for Y series (IP44) three-phase asynchronous motors Types and basic parameters of light and small pipeline water supply irrigation units 3.1.1 Pipe sprinklers should comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. 3.1.2 The type and basic parameters of the tube irrigation machine shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6662.1. 3.1.3 The tube irrigation machine shall be able to transport clean water at room temperature or sewage with water quality that meets the requirements of GB5084. 3.1.4 The tube irrigation machine shall have good field mobility. The weight of the hand-lift tube irrigation machine shall not exceed 80kg (excluding the weight of the supporting pipes and pipe fittings); the wheel tires of the wheelbarrow tube irrigation machine shall comply with the provisions of GB7377, and the outer diameter of the new tire shall not be less than 500mm, and the cross-sectional width shall not be less than 37mm.
3.1.5 For tractor-driven tube irrigation machines, reliable measures shall be taken to fix the supporting water pump on the frame. 3.2 Matching requirements
3.2.1 For tube irrigation machines powered by diesel engines, the technical requirements of the diesel engine shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ91001. 3.2.2 For pipe irrigation machines powered by electric motors, the performance indicators and technical requirements of the motors shall comply with the provisions of ZBK22007 and GB4772.1~Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on June 4, 1993

3.2.3 The matching water pumps shall preferably be water pumps that meet the performance parameters specified in Appendix A (Supplement). Other types of water pumps are allowed to be used as matching water tickets for pipe irrigation machines, but they shall meet the provisions of Articles 3.6.2 and 3.6.3. The manufacturing technical requirements of water pumps shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards.
3.2.4 The matching pipes shall be plastic-coated hoses that meet the provisions of GB9476, and their rated working pressure shall be equal to or slightly higher than the rated working pressure of the matching water pumps.
Other types of pipelines are allowed, but their performance should comply with the relevant standards. The length of the supporting pipeline shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 3.2.5 The supporting pipes shall be easy to install and disassemble and have sufficient strength. 3.2.6 The power reserve coefficient of the power machine supporting the tube filling machine is 1.1~1.3. 3.3 Fuel consumption rate
The fuel consumption rate of the tube filling machine (excluding the pipeline system) powered by a diesel engine under rated conditions shall not exceed 107% of the value specified in Table 1.

When the pipe pump powered by an electric motor (excluding the pipeline system) is running under rated conditions, its efficiency should not be less than 0.955 times the difference between the unit efficiency 1》 and the net reduction value, and the net reduction value is: a.
When the matching power is less than or equal to 3kW, the net reduction value is 0.04; when the matching power is greater than 3kW, the net reduction value is 0.05. b.
Note: 1) The unit efficiency is the product of the guaranteed value of the motor efficiency and the efficiency of the specified performance point of the water pump. 3.5 Safety
3.5.1 The pipe pump must ensure both its own safe and reliable operation and personal safety. 3.5.2 The exposed rotating parts of the pipe pump should be equipped with protective devices. 3.5.3 For pipe filling machines powered by electric motors, the insulation resistance of the motor windings (the cold and hot insulation resistance of the windings to the machine housing and between the phases of the windings) shall comply with the provisions of GB755. 3.5.4 Pipe filling machines powered by electric motors shall be equipped with motor overheating or overcurrent protection devices. 3.5.5 The shaft power of the water pump of the pipe filling machine shall not exceed the rated (standard) power of the supporting power machine at 1.2 times the rated flow rate when the water pump is running at the rated speed.
3.6 Performance of supporting water pumps and diesel engines
The type and basic parameters of the preferred supporting water pumps shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A (supplement). 3.6.1
When other types of water pumps are used, the following provisions shall be met: the deviation of flow rate relative to the flow rate of the pump with the same inlet diameter and the same matching power in Appendix A is ±10%; b.
the deviation of head relative to the head of the pump with the same inlet diameter and the same matching power in Appendix A is ±10%; the efficiency shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13007; the critical cavitation margin shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13006; the power reserve factor of the matching power machine shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.2.6. 3.6.3 When the efficiency of the specified performance point of the water pump is higher than the specified value, and the flow rate and head do not meet the requirements of GB3216, it is allowed to correct the specified value of the head according to formula (1, and re-judge the specified value of the head with the corrected head value. 3.6.4 The diesel engine for the tube filling machine should be the matching water pump specified in Appendix A, and the model specified in Table 1 should be preferred. Other models with the same power but different speeds are allowed, but their technical requirements should comply with this standard. 3.7 Pipeline system sealing
The pipeline system of the pipe filling machine should have good sealing, and there should be no obvious leakage at the joints. 3.8 Assembly and appearance requirements
3.8.1 All parts must be inspected and qualified, and outsourced parts, purchased parts and standard parts should be accompanied by quality certificates. 3.8.2 The rotating parts of the assembled machine should rotate smoothly and flexibly, without any collision or jamming. All fasteners must not be loose. The coating, plating or chemical heat treatment protective layer on the outer surface of the pipe filling machine should be in good condition. The coating should not have exposed bottom, accumulation, impurities, dripping and loss of gloss, etc. 3.8.3
The plating should not have leakage, blistering, peeling, rust and other phenomena; the chemical heat treatment protective layer should not have rust. 3.9 Reliability
When the pipe filling machine is operated under rated conditions, the average working time before the first failure should not be less than 300h. 3.9.1
3.9.2 During the reliability test, except for maintenance and maintenance according to the requirements specified by the manufacturer and replacement of wearing parts at the specified time, other parts are not allowed to be replaced.
4 Test method
The flow rate, head, efficiency and cavitation margin of the water pump shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB3216. 4.17
The performance of the motor shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB1032. The performance of the plastic-coated hose shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB9476, and other types of pipelines shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding standards. 4.3
When the pipe filling machine is operated under rated conditions, check the sealing of each connection part of the pipeline system for a time of not less than 5 minutes. 4.4
The performance of the diesel engine shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of ZBJ90001. 4.5
The fuel consumption rate and efficiency of the tube filling machine shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of ZBB91023.1. The reliability test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the relevant reliability test evaluation method standards. 5 Inspection rules
Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
5.1 Factory inspection

Batch-produced tube filling machines shall be inspected and qualified, and shall be accompanied by product certificates and operating instructions before they can leave the factory. 5.1.2
Inspection items:
Check whether the exposed rotating parts of the tube filling machine have protective devices; measure the insulation resistance of the motor windings; check whether the tube filling machine powered by the motor has overheating or overcurrent protection devices; measure the fuel consumption rate;
Note, only the fuel consumption can be measured, but it should be ensured that the fuel consumption rate does not exceed the specified value. e.
Measure the efficiency of the pipe irrigation machine;
Note: Only the input power can be measured, but the efficiency of the pipe machine should be no less than the specified value. f.
Performance test of the matching water pump;
Seal inspection of the pipeline system;
Assembly and appearance inspection;
Field mobility.
Sampling inspection and judgment and disposal rules should comply with the provisions of GB2828. A normal inspection sampling plan can be adopted, the inspection batch is the monthly (or daily) output of the product or the order batch (units) at one time, the inspection level is the general inspection level I, and the qualified quality level (AQL) is 4.0; it can also be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties.
5.2 Type inspection
5.2.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: a.
When the new product or old product is transferred to the factory for trial production and identification; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; when the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; when the batch-produced products are inspected periodically (at least once a year); when the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement, 5.2.2 The inspection items should include all the technical requirements specified in this standard. The sampling inspection and judgment rules of type inspection should comply with the provisions of GB2828. It is recommended to adopt the normal inspection and one-time sampling method. The inspection batch should meet the sample size of at least 2 units, the inspection level is the special inspection level S-1, and the qualified quality level (AQL) is 6.5. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 6.1 Marking 6.1.1 Signage Each tube filling machine should be equipped with a sign in a conspicuous position. Its size and technical requirements should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The content of the sign should include: Manufacturer name or trademark; Product name and model; Main technical parameters: rated flow (m/h), rated head (m), rated (standard) power (kW), net weight (kg); c. Factory date and factory number. 6.1.2 Rotation direction The rotation direction of the matching water pump should be marked with a red arrow in a conspicuous position. 6.2 Packaging and transportation
6.2.1 The packaging of the tube filling machine shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. Special packaging can be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 6.2.2 The following accessories and documents shall be included in the packaging box, and the documents shall be sealed in a waterproof bag: the equipment, accessories and special disassembly and assembly tools provided with the machine; a.
