Import licenses are issued by the issuing authority in accordance with regulations and the application of importers. They are used for the management, import declaration and import settlement of import licensed goods.
An import license can be used once or multiple times according to regulations, but not more than two times. Each use must be endorsed and cancelled by the customs.
