5 Test method
5.1 Appearance inspection
5.1.1 Fruit surface, ear shape and color
Use sensory evaluation.
5.1.2 Uniformity
Use sensory evaluation.
The quality of a single ear and a single grain is about 10% of its mean value, and the shape and color are consistent: relatively neat, the quality of a single ear and a single grain is 20% of its mean value, and the shape and color are relatively uniform: irregular, a single ear, the quality of a single grain is 20% of its mean value, and the shape and color are inconsistent. 5.1.3 Compactness
Evaluated by touch
Extremely tight
Moderate—
Extremely loose
The grains are very crowded and deformed:
The grains are relatively close but unchanged:
When the ear is flat, the shape changes;
When the ear is flat, it is deformed;
When the ear is flat, all branches are flat. 5.1.4 Fruit defects
Evaluated by touch.
5.1.5 Unqualified fruit rate
The percentage of unqualified fruit mass in the total fruit mass to be inspected shall be calculated according to formula (1) and the result shall be rounded to the decimal place. When two or more defects and damages occur on the same fruit, they shall not be calculated repeatedly when calculating the total unqualified fruit mass. mlx100

5.2 Physical and chemical inspection
5. 2.1 Fruit mass and bunch mass
The fruit mass shall be weighed with a balance with a sensitivity of 0.1 and the average value of 5 fruits shall be taken; the bunch mass shall be weighed with a balance with a sensitivity of 20 and the average value shall be taken.
5.2.2 Meat quality inspection
Slice with double-blade thin steel blade for identification. Meat that can be cut into slices is crispy. 5.2.3 Soluble solids
According to the provisions of GB:T12295.
5.2.4 Total acid content
According to the provisions of GB/T12293.
5.2.5 Solid acid ratio
The acid ratio is the ratio of free solids to total acid. Calculate according to formula (2). The calculation result is rounded to one decimal place. X

The grade allows a 5-point tolerance, but it shall meet the requirements of the next grade: second-grade products are not allowed to have rotten fruits and water jar fruits. 6.4.2 If there is one unqualified hygiene index or banned surface drugs are detected, the batch of products shall be unqualified. 6.4.3 Re-inspection: According to the standard inspection, if one of the chemical indicators fails to pass the inspection, another sample shall be taken for re-inspection. If it still fails to pass, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified: If the re-inspection passes, another sample shall be taken for the first re-inspection, and the result of the first re-inspection shall prevail.
