Implemented on 2003-03-01
GB/T Br662002
This standard is revised on the basis of the existing national standard GB/18766985 monohydrate or lithium oxide\. The quality level of the monohydrate oxygen treatment products and the requirements of users for product quality are compared with GB/137661S88. The main changes of this standard are as follows:
One product brand, T1 brand, is used in the same place. This brand is equivalent to the American Carp nratint:af Arvelica standard (1-44C)
The chemical composition of each brand is adjusted accordingly: Appendix A is added.
From the date of implementation, this standard replaces G and K. The additional Appendix A in this standard is the thermal conductivity specification. This standard is implemented by the National Nonferrous Metals Industry Association. This standard is issued by China National Institute of Industrial Standards and Metrology and Quality, and drafted by Xinli Salt Factory, China National Chemical Corporation, and Jiangxi Wang Factory. The main contributors to this standard are: Yu Qiugen, Ji Yuedi, Shangling, He Ya, Peng Qiuhua, Zhang Xianxiao, and the latest version of the standard replaced by this standard; -GB A7RF—1SNN.

Appendix A
(Normative appendix)
Chemical analysis method for water-insoluble content of lithium hydroxide monohydrate This method is suitable for the determination of water-insoluble content of nickel hydroxide monohydrate. Determination range: 0.%--)1 Approx. A.2 Method Summary
The sample is dissolved in boiling water, cooled, drained, and then the substance is dried and weighed. The aqueous solution of lithium monohydrate is determined by the method. A.3 Reagents
Secondary ion water,
A.4 Sample
The lithium monohydrate sample should be placed in a container and stored in a vacuum seal. A.5 Apparatus and equipment
Flat plate, drying oven, No. 4 suction sand plate. AE analysis procedures
A.6.1 Samples
238 samples are combined, accurate to 0.C0018. Two independent determinations are carried out and the half-mean is taken. A.6.2 AE2.7 Cover the sample (A.6.1) in a 60mL plastic cup, add 400ml boiling water, stir with plastic for 5min until the sample is completely dissolved, and cool. 4.62.2 Use a No. 4 sandpaper to filter the sample (A.6.2.1). Use ice-cold beaker 3-4 times, rinse the plate in a full bucket, rinse with hot water 1-8 times, discard the solution, filter the plate at 105-110°C and bake until constant temperature: Calculate the analytical results: The content of water residues is calculated according to formula 1: Water residues () = type × 100
Wherein:
The mass of the glass plate full of water and without any dissolved matter, in grams (); r
The mass of the glass plate end, in grams (); The amount of the test material, in grams ().
The result should be expressed to the last decimal point. The decimal point is equal to 0.When the percentage is expressed to the last four digits after the minimum effective point, 4
.(A.1)
A.8 The difference between the analysis results of laboratories should not be greater than the tolerances listed in Table A, 1. Table A.1
