The test position is any three points on the lower plane. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 The product must be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer, and each box must be accompanied by a product certificate before it can be shipped. 6.2 The consignee has the right to conduct acceptance inspection on the submitted inspection batch according to the inspection items and counting sampling inspection plan specified in this standard within the acceptance period specified in the order contract. 6.3 Inspection items, inspection levels, non-conforming categories, and qualified quality levels shall be as specified in Table 1. The sampling plan type is a one-time sampling plan. 6.5 The strictness of the sampling plan shall be in accordance with GB/T2828. All qualified batches are qualified, and one group is unqualified, which means the batch is unqualified. 6.7 The batches submitted for inspection that are judged as unqualified shall be fully inspected by the manufacturer, and after removing the unqualified products, they shall be reassembled for inspection. When submitting for inspection, re-inspection records shall be attached. If the batch is still judged as unqualified, the batch of products shall not be accepted again. 6.8 In the batches judged as qualified, the unqualified products found in the inspection shall be replaced with qualified products of the same category or refurbished to qualified products. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 The shuttle shall have the manufacturer's trademark. The packaging carton shall indicate the product model, name, quantity, manufacturer's name and address, production date, adopted standard number and quality certification mark 7.21 7.3 The product shall be treated with rust prevention before packaging. 7.4 The product shall be packed with neutral wax paper or plastic bags and then packed in special cartons. 7.5 The product shall be kept clean and dry during transportation, loading and unloading, and shall not be thrown, rained, or shipped together with corrosive items. 7.6 The product must be stored in a dry, ventilated room that is protected from turning over. The relative humidity should not be greater than 80%. It is forbidden to store it with corrosive items. 7.7 The product quality must be guaranteed within six months of normal storage and it must not rust.
