t9/r4851—1998
This standard is equivalent to 11520237—1991. Part 11 of test method 3 for pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, holding puwer test method. : The difference between the 11th part of the standard number S223 is that the material of the test plate specified in JIS is SO.CN, while this standard specifies that the material of the test plate is 0Cr16Nis or 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The increase in quality is for the purpose of ensuring the continuity of the implementation of previous standards. (2) JSZ237 does not make specific provisions on the weight of the material to be added and the number of times of pressure transfer, requiring the product standard to be specified, while this standard stipulates that "the total weight of the load plate, the string and the two connecting pins shall be 100 or more unless otherwise specified", and "the number of times of pressure transfer shall be determined according to the specific product. If there is no specific requirement, the hydraulic pressure shall be used once". 2 Compared with the previous standard, this standard has the following changes: (1) The material of the test plate is changed from 1Cr18N9Ti to 18Ni9 or C6iT. The size of the test plate is more standardized than the previous one. (2) The surface finish of the test plate is changed from V1 to P28 with JI/T7 lightly sandpaper. First, lightly rub it horizontally to leave slight marks on the entire plate, and then evenly rub it to remove these marks. (3) The hardness of the rubber of the bottom super coating (Shore A type) is changed from 60°±5\ to ℃\±5° (4) In the test step, after the sample is pasted on the board, it should be placed under the test temperature and humidity conditions. It is changed to "should be placed at a temperature of 23℃±2℃ and a push strength of 65%±5% for 20min. The number of tests in each group is changed from less than 5 to not less than 3. "6) The test result is changed from "taking the minimum and arithmetic mean value" to "expressing the average value of each group of samples". This standard will replace GB /T4851-1%84. This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard was approved by the International Chemical Industry Technical Committee. This standard was initiated by the Shanghai Institute of Chemical Industry. The main drafter of this standard is Zhang Wenchou. The standard was first published in 19, and the National Chemical Industry Technical Committee was entrusted to interpret it. 1 Scope National Standard of the People's Republic of China Test method for hold-up of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes Test method for hold-up of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes This standard is used to test the stickiness of adhesive tapes. 2 Reference standards

3 Definitions
This standard uses the following definitions:
Stickiness:
The ability of the adhesive tape to resist contact when a pressure-sensitive tape with a length of length attached to the object is vertically moved a specified number of times, measured by the time it takes for the test piece to move a certain distance or the distance it moves within a certain period of time. 4.1 Test frame: The test frame consists of a base and a hanging frame with adjustable level, and the test plate is fixed on the support. The test plate should be supported on the support to keep the working surface straight. 4.2 Test inlay: The test thickness is 1.5~2.0mm, the width is 40~50mm, and the length is 60--125mm. Test material: 189 or 18 specified in G/328C-1992: The test plate surface is JB/T7499~ 1594 specifies that the particle size of the permanent sandpaper is P230. Just gently rub it along the horizontal direction to leave slight marks on the entire board, and then rub it evenly along the longitudinal direction to remove these marks. After using for a long time, it should be rubbed again before use. When the surface of the test board is permanently contaminated or stained, it should be replaced in time. 4.3 Pressing plate
4.3.1 The pressing plate is a steel wheel with a straight (without rubber layer) of about 84mm and a width of about 45mm. 4.3.2 The hardness of the rubber (type A) is 80° + 5° and the thickness is about 6mm. 4.3.3 The mass of the pressing plate is 2000g + 50g

4.4 Cleaning and wiping materials

4.4.1 Cleaning, hexane, gasoline. (. Alcohol, isoflurane, medium-grade test seal or industrial grade or above solvents without dense objects. 4.4.2 Sufficient materials, such as gauze, elastic non-woven fabrics, etc., are not wet fiber-breaking fabrics when wiping, and do not contain substances soluble in the above solvents. 4.5 Loading, connecting pins and land codes
4.5.1 Loading board: material, size, 1. After the surface requirements of the test board, 4.5.2 Unless otherwise specified, the loading number, code and the connection between the two old please The total mass is 100g±1ug. 5 Samples
Except for the 3-5 cavities of the large adhesive tape, the samples are opened at a rate of about SOCm/min (the shaped samples are also removed at the same rate). Every 200m3 or so, 25m long samples are cut from the bite tape, about 100mm long. Unless otherwise specified, the number of samples is not less than three. After the test, except for the control of the deformation of the size, the unit is allowed to have a parking time of no more than 3min, and the unit should be immediately loaded for testing. The test details are as follows. The contact with the adhesive part is allowed to be small or other objects. 6 State adjustment and testing Test environment
6.1 Conditioning: Before preparation, the packaging materials of the test pieces shall be removed and placed in a temperature range of 23°C to 65°C for 2 hours.
5.2 Test environment shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the US product standards. 7 Test steps
7.1 Clean the test board thoroughly and wipe it with a clean cloth to dry it. Repeat this process for more than three times until the working surface of the board is clean. After cleaning, the working surface shall not be touched by the user or other objects. 7.2 At 33°C. For the condition of %±5%, the test bar of the size specified in Figure 2 is parallel to the weave direction of the plate and attached to the middle of the test plate and the test piece, and the hydraulic pressure is applied to the test piece at a speed of about 0mm/min. When rolling, the force generated by the pressure or the pressure is applied to the sample. The number of rolling speeds can be determined according to the product specifications. For example, if the pressure is too high, it is pressed three times.
Instructions for use:
11IS2237 stipulates the number of rolling times for the quality of the load and the requirements are determined by the product standard. 3

7.3 After the test board is attached, place it in a single 23+2-meter, relative humidity 65%=5% for 20m. Fix the test board vertically on the test rack again, and gently cut the cut board and the base. The entire test rack is placed in the test rack that has been adjusted to the required test environment. Record the test start time. 7.4 Remove the weight after the test is completed. Use a magnifying glass with a graduation to measure the displacement of the sample, and make sure it is accurate to 0.1mm. The time for the specimen to fall off the test board shall be recorded. The time greater than 1h shall be in minutes, and less than 1h shall be in minutes. B. Test results
The test results shall be expressed as the arithmetic mean of the displacement and falling time of the group of specimens. 9. Test report
The test report shall include the following parts:
The name and direction of the technical standard;
6) Description of the adhesive tape used in the test, including the type, source, manufacturer's brand, batch, lot number, etc.;
7) Material brand of the test board;
8) Test load and the number of times of compression;
9) Test failure and attachment;
10) Test results:
11) Test phenomena to be reported;
12) Any non-compliance with the specified conditions that may affect the test results.
