National Standard of the People's Republic of China Technical conditions for constant magnetic permeability alloys Permancnt permeability allnystechnical requirement GB/T15003-94 Replaces GBn201-88 This standard applies to constant magnetic permeability alloys 1J66 cold-rolled strip 1 whose magnetic permeability remains basically unchanged within a certain wide range of magnetic field, temperature and rate Dimensions and shape The dimensions and allowable deviation of the alloy strip shall comply with the relevant provisions of (3l/T15001 "General provisions for dimensions, shape, surface quality, test methods and inspection rules for soft magnetic alloys". 1.2 Shape The shape of the alloy strip shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T15001. 2 Technical requirements 2.1 Brand and chemical composition The brand and chemical composition of the alloy shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. When the magnetic properties of the alloy comply with the provisions of Table 2, the chemical composition is allowed to deviate from the range specified in Table 1. Chemical composition, % Alloy brand 2.2 Smelting method The alloy is smelted in a vacuum induction furnace. 2.3 Delivery status The alloy strip is delivered without heat treatment. 2. 4 Magnetic properties Not more than 0.701.1064.5~65.5 2. 4. 1 The magnetic properties of the alloy sample after heat treatment shall meet the requirements of Table 2. When ordering according to Grade II magnetic properties, it should be indicated in the contract. 2. 4, 2 The alloy is tested at room temperature, and all test points shall meet the requirements of Table 2 for induced magnetic permeability μL. The three stable values are allowed to be interchangeable. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on April 4, 1994 and implemented on May 1, 1994 Alloy grade 0. 05--0. 10 2.5 Surface quality CB/T15003—94 Induction permeability, not less than The surface quality of the alloy strip shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T1500I. 3 Test methods AC stability value AC and DC stability value not less than 3.1 The test methods for alloy inspection items (except the three magnetic stability values) shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GBn19788. 3.2 AC stability value and temperature stability value The temperature stability value is measured by an AC bridge 3.2.1 Determination of AC stability value: The measurement frequency is 60Hz and the induced permeability μ1 is measured at five magnetic induction intensities of 0.03T, 0.05T0.3T, 0.45T(, 6T). Under the premise of ensuring that the maximum induced magnetic permeability μLmx is equal to the minimum induced magnetic permeability μ1mln, the number of detection points can be reduced, and the calculation formula of AC stability is (1): a ft max. mih wherein and um are the maximum and minimum values of the five induced magnetic permeabilities u. 3. 2. 2 Determination of AC and DC stability value α=: The measurement frequency is 60 Hz. The magnetic induction intensity R of AC magnetization is 0. 03T. The calculation formula of AC and DC stability value n is (2) (2) wherein: Induced magnetic permeability measured under AC magnetic field intensity; - —Induced magnetic permeability when a DC magnetic field of 56A/m is added to the AC magnetic field intensity. 3. 2. 3 Determination of temperature stability value n; The measurement frequency is 60 Hz. The magnetic induction intensity B of AC magnetization is 0. 03T. Measure the induced magnetic permeability at 90℃, air temperature (10~30℃) and -60℃. Select the larger one of ()/ and (-)/ as the temperature stability value. 4 Inspection rules The inspection rules of alloys shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T15091. 5 Packaging, marking and quality certificate The packaging, marking and quality certificate of finished alloy products shall comply with the relevant provisions of YH/T5242-93 "General Rules for Packaging, Marking and Quality Certificate of Fine Alloys".
