Slight darkening and oxidation color and slight, localized water and oil marks are not used as a basis for scrapping. 4.7 Wire reel (spool) weight 4.7.1 The weight of the wire reel (spool) shall comply with the provisions of Table 5. If the inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, the buyer shall submit the matter to the supplier within 3 months from the date of receipt of the product, and the supplier and buyer shall negotiate to resolve the issue. 6.2 Batching Wires shall be submitted for acceptance in batches. Each batch shall consist of the same brand, state and specification, and the weight of each batch shall not exceed 500kg. 6.3 Inspection Items 6.3.1 Each batch of wires shall be inspected for chemical composition, dimensions, mechanical properties and surface quality. 6.3.2 The electrical properties of wires shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of Article 4.4. 6.3.3 The supplier may not conduct the fracture inspection of wires, but it must be guaranteed. 6.4 Sampling Location and Sampling Quantity 6.4.1 For chemical composition sampling, the supplier shall take 1 sample from each furnace during the melting and casting process; the buyer shall take 1 sample from each batch of wires. 6.4.2 For tensile testing, 2 rolls (axles) shall be randomly selected from each batch, and 1 sample shall be taken from each roll (axle). The samples shall comply with the provisions of GB6397 and the sample number shall be R 17. 6.4.3 For electrical properties sampling, 2 rolls (axles) shall be randomly selected from each batch, and 1 sample shall be taken from each roll (axle). 6.4.4 For each batch of wires, the dimensions shall be measured and the surface quality shall be inspected roll by roll (axle). 6.5 Repeated test Even if only one sample fails the test, double the number of samples should be taken from the batch to retest the unqualified item. If one sample still fails the retest, the whole batch shall be scrapped or tested roll by roll (axis). The qualified ones shall be accepted in a separate batch. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of wires shall be carried out in accordance with GB8888.
