ICs73.120; 83.200 Registration No. 1403-1998 Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China HG/T 3136--1998 Footwear Simulated Walk (Life) Testing Machine Technical Conditions Specifications of shpes simulatedwalk (life) testing machine 1998-03-23 Issued Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China 1999-01-01 Implementation HG/T3136-1998 Footwear Simulated Walk (Life) Testing Machine is designed according to the requirements of footwear product simulation test combined with various parameters of men's, women's and children's shoes. There is no standardized instrument and equipment in the world. It is the first time that an instrument and equipment using a pair of shoes for testing is used in China. This standard makes a series of provisions on the simulation principle, mechanical structure, inspection method, etc. of the shoe simulation walking (life) test machine. The equipment specified in this standard does not include the simulation gas This standard is issued by China National Chemical Equipment Corporation This standard is issued by the Rubber Testing Instruments Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry This standard drafting unit: Jiangdu Testing Machine The main drafters of this standard: Ni Weijun, Tu Xi.1 Fan Yuan Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of ChinabzxZ.net Technical Conditions of Shoes Simulated Walking (Life) Test Machine Speciications of shces simulated walx (life) tesling machine HG/T3136—1998 This standard specifies the simulation principle, structure, requirements, inspection methods and inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of the shoe simulation walking (life) test machine. This standard applies to the shoe simulation walking (life) test machine (hereinafter referred to as the walking test machine), not to the single-foot simulation walking (life) test machine. 2 Referenced standards The following standards contain clauses that constitute the clauses of this standard by citing them in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised. All parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. HG/T2382-92 Technical conditions for rubber test equipment 3 Simulation principle 3.1 The walking test machine consists of a double crankshaft and a large rod, a calf rod, and a reverse rod (reinforcement). During the test, the test shoe is put on to simulate walking movements with the road surface, and the double waist is alternately performed. 3.2 Adjust the angle of the shoe to make the test shoe receive the corresponding human body of men, women, and children. 3.3 Adjust the tilt angle of the machine body (the maximum adjustment angle is 20 degrees) to make the test shoe simulate walking uphill and downhill. 4 Structure 4.1 The structure of the walking test machine is shown in Figure 1. It consists of a frame, a road surface, a yard, a fuselage, a dispatching system and a measuring system. The fuselage includes a large rod, a small rod, a connecting rod (bar), a double crankshaft and a specimen. 4.2 The frame and its mass should be able to ensure the stability of the walking test machine during operation. 4.3 The surface can be selected with 120# and 240# abrasive belts, wrapped on a ring tape, and installed on a pulley that can be expanded. When the test shoe is walking, it moves by the friction of the ball. 4.4 The specimen can be folded at the metatarsal toe part, and the bending angle is 90°. 4.5 The double crankshaft and the large rod, small rod and connecting rod (light shield) form a linkage mechanism to realize the simulated walking action. 4.6 Increase or decrease the weight to meet the requirements of different loads and ensure the ease of loading and unloading. 4.7 The speed control system continuously adjusts and displays the walking frequency and the accumulated number of steps. 4.8 The tension and compression sensors of the measuring system are connected to the road surface. The connection can be connected or disconnected during the walking test to facilitate continuous or discontinuous measurement of the road surface's wall friction. The recorder displays and records the friction between the shoe and the road surface during the test, and is sensitive and accurate. Note: The walking test machine can also be equipped with a mutual measurement system.
