4 Requirements
4.1 Primary processing

4.1.1 Picking
When picking fresh flowers, prevent the mixing of safflower branches, leaves and other debris: 4.1.2 Stacking
Put the fresh flowers in a pile indoors for 24 hours after picking, and shake them every 1 hour to prevent heat and mildew. 4.1.3 Drying
After stacking, place them outdoors for drying. The drying area should be kept clean and free of dirt and other debris should not be mixed in when drying. There is no rain and wind during drying. Turn the velvet every 1h and dry it until the moisture content reaches 11.0. Then collect it at 4.2 grade. The velvet grade meets the requirements of Table 1. 6 Inspection Rules
6.1 Inspection Classification
6.1.1 Type Inspection
NY/T 703—2003
Type inspection is sufficient for comprehensive assessment of products.That is, all requirements specified in this standard shall be inspected. Type inspection shall be carried out in the following cases: a) The national quality supervision agency or the competent department of the industry has put forward type inspection requirements; b) The results of the two previous and subsequent sample inspections are quite different; or human or natural factors have caused a significant change in the production environment. VY/T 703—2003 6.1.2 Acceptance inspection Before the batch production is delivered, the production unit shall conduct acceptance inspection. The acceptance inspection includes appearance, marking and installation. The inspection certificate shall be attached to the delivery. bzxz.net
6.2 Batch rules
Products of the same grade and purchased at the same time in the company are regarded as one inspection batch; products of the same grade and produced in the wholesale market are regarded as "one inspection batch".
6.3 Sampling method
Follow the provisions of GR/T12729.2
6.4 Judgment rules
6.4.1 Products that meet the requirements of this standard shall be judged as products of the corresponding grade. The narrow tolerance of impurities, ash and yellow pigment in the service grade shall be within 5 , but it should meet the requirements of the next level. 6.4.2 If any of the impurities, ingredients, moisture, yellow pigment, and hygiene indicators are unqualified, or banned drugs are detected, the batch of products will be judged as unqualified. 6.4.3 Re-inspection: If there is a dispute in the physical and chemical indicators in the test results, the sample can be doubled for re-inspection. The color, astringency, smell and hygiene indicators shall not be repeated.
7 Logo
Print or paste the business logo on the outside of the package. The logo should clearly indicate the following: a) Product name, product code, trademark: b) Name and address of the manufacturer :
c) Product specifications, net content, grade, main components and content, packaging period and shelf life; d) Other instructions required in the contract.
8 Packaging, transportation and storage
B.1 Packaging
Safflower velvet should be packed in a solid, waterproof, intact, clean and non-toxic container. The material of the container should not affect the quality of the safflower velvet. 8.2 Transportation
The transportation process should be clean and hygienic. It should be kept in waterproof and anti-test conditions during transportation. It should not be mixed with other noisy, odorous and harmful items. , mixed delivery, wave control
8.3 Storage
8.3.1 Storage place
Warehouse storage-the place should be clean and should not be stored in the same warehouse with other noisy, odorous and smelly items. 8.3.2 Storage conditions
Moisture-proof, waterproof and ventilated
8.3.3 Purchase and storage method
