Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Technical Conditions for YLJ Series Torque Three-phase Asynchronous Motors Subject Content and Scope of Application JB/T 6297-92 This standard specifies the types, basic parameters and dimensions, technical requirements, inspection rules, test methods, and marking and packaging requirements of YLJ series torque three-phase asynchronous motors (hereinafter referred to as motors). Types, basic parameters and dimensions 3:1The enclosure protection grade of the motor is IP44 (frame size 100~160) and IP21 (frame size 63~180) (see GB4942.1). 3.2 The cooling method of the motor is (IC0141 (IP44, frame size 100~160), IC00 (IP21, frame size 63~90) and IC06 (IP21, frame size 100180) (see GB1993). 3.3 The structure and installation type of the motor are IMB3, IMB5 and IMB14 (see GB:997). 3.4 The motor rating is based on the non-periodic working rating of the S9 working system with continuous changes in load and speed from no-load to stall. 3.5 The rated rate of the motor is 50Hz and the rated voltage is 380V. 3.6 Rated stall torque and rated stall current. The rated stall torque and rated stall current are the rated Constant voltage. The stall torque and stall current measured at the rated frequency according to the specified allowable stall time limit. The corresponding relationship between the motor frame number, synchronous speed and rated stall torque shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 and Table 2. Under rated voltage and rated frequency, the maximum change rate of torque of the measured mechanical characteristic curve within the range of 1/4 to 3/4 synchronous speed shall not exceed 10%. The tolerance of the noise limit is +3dB (A). Table 13 Technical requirements The motor shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1 4.2 The altitude, ambient air temperature and relative humidity conditions of the motor operation site shall comply with the following provisions. 4.2.1 The altitude shall not exceed 1000m. 4.2.2 The maximum ambient air temperature varies with the seasons, but does not exceed 40°C. mm Note: If the motor is specified to be used under the conditions where the sea cover exceeds 1000m or the ambient air temperature is higher or lower than 40°C, it should comply with the provisions of GB755. The minimum ambient air temperature is -15°C. The average maximum relative humidity in the wettest month is 90%, and the average minimum temperature in the month is not higher than 25°C. 4.2.4 4.3 The maximum locked-rotor current value of the motor at rated voltage, rated frequency and actual cold state shall not exceed the provisions of Table 14 and Table 15. The ratio k of the torque at 1/4 and 3/4 synchronous speed on the actual measured mechanical characteristic curve of the motor at rated voltage and rated frequency is called the characteristic coefficient. For motors with frame sizes of 132 and below, k ≥ 2.0, and for motors with frame sizes of 160 to 180, k ≥ 1.6.
