Chemical Industry Departments (bureaus, companies) of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and cities with independent planning status, and all relevant design units:
The two standards, including "Polytetrafluoroethylene-rubber composite gaskets for pipe flanges", organized by the Process Piping Design Technology Center Station of the Ministry of Chemical Industry and sponsored by the Sixth Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, have been reviewed and approved as recommended standards, with the numbers HG/T21608-96 "Liquid Loading and Unloading Arm" and HG/T21609-96 "Polytetrafluoroethylene-rubber composite gaskets for pipe flanges". They will be implemented from January 1, 1997.
These two standards are managed by the Process Piping Design Technology Center of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, and published and distributed by the Engineering Construction Standard Editing Center of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. Ministry of Chemical Industry

3.0.1 Liquid Loading Arm (Crane Pipe)

It is composed of rotating joint, inner arm, outer arm, vertical pipe, balancer, control system and other components, and is mainly used for loading and unloading equipment of liquid media in tank trucks and tank ships. 3.0.2 Rotating Joint
It is composed of rotating parts and sealing parts, and is mainly used to connect different components of liquid loading and unloading arms for relative rotation and load-bearing parts. 3.0.3 Inner Arm
It is a component used to connect the conveying pipeline and the outer arm. 3.0.4 Outer Arm
It can rotate in the horizontal and vertical planes, and is mainly used to adjust the working position of the arm and the tank truck or tank ship.
