Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China HG/T 21608-96 Liquid Loading and Unloading Arm 1996-09—10 1997 -01—01 Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China Document of the Ministry of Chemical Industry Chemical Construction Development (1996) No. 633 Notice on the issuance of two industry standards, including "Liquid Loading and Unloading Arm" FTYKAONTKAca Chemical Industry Departments (bureaus, companies) of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and cities with independent planning status, and all relevant design units: The two standards, including "Polytetrafluoroethylene-rubber composite gaskets for pipe flanges", organized by the Process Piping Design Technology Center Station of the Ministry of Chemical Industry and sponsored by the Sixth Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, have been reviewed and approved as recommended standards, with the numbers HG/T21608-96 "Liquid Loading and Unloading Arm" and HG/T21609-96 "Polytetrafluoroethylene-rubber composite gaskets for pipe flanges". They will be implemented from January 1, 1997. These two standards are managed by the Process Piping Design Technology Center of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, and published and distributed by the Engineering Construction Standard Editing Center of the Ministry of Chemical Industry.
