3.1 The test equipment should consist of a switching control mechanism, a force measuring disk, a pressure cycle recorder, a safety device, a medium conveying pipeline, a test quality and temperature measurement and control device and auxiliary equipment. 4.1 The test device must have the function of being able to adjust the cycle pressure, cycle frequency, and pressure holding time within the specified range and to continuously perform pressure cycles through an automatic control device
4.2 The test device can automatically record the number of pressure cycles and can display and control the temperature of the test medium. 4.3 The air in the test system should be completely vented. 4.4 The pressure channel and its accessories (except the test gas cylinder) must avoid the pressure test: the pressure of the test piece should not be lower than the maximum allowable working pressure of the test device. The pressure holding time of the pressure test shall not exceed 300m. The pressure-bearing circuit's withstand test cycle should not exceed 10,000 times.
4.5 The pressure rise speed and the pressure regulation must be good. The pressure rise frequency must be adjusted before the pressure reaches the set value.
4.6 The test equipment must have a safety delay alarm for shutdown. When the upper limit of the positive rate cycle pressure is 5%, the machine can be started and when the test cylinder is full, the delay alarm can be given and the machine can be automatically shut down. 4. In addition, the test equipment does not have a cooling system for cooling the test medium to ensure that the test medium and the test gas are within the specified temperature range: When conducting low temperature or high temperature tests, the test system must have suitable insulation or insulation technology and corresponding test environment.
4.8 The test monitoring system must have appropriate safety measures to ensure the safety of the test equipment during the test. 2.9 The effectiveness of the tests on measuring instruments that undertake technical or numerical tests shall be approved by the relevant departments. 5.1 Only pressure gauges that have passed the calibration should be installed on the test device for at least one year. The pressure gauge accuracy should be not less than ten times the upper limit of the test gas pressure. The new pressure gauges should be inspected in pairs before each test. When the indicated values ​​of the two pressure gauges are abnormal, they should be replaced in time.
5.2 The test device is equipped with a new positive pressure gauge (one is installed on the pipeline near the test gas bottle, and its range should be close to twice the pressure of the test bottle. When the test device is in operation, the pressure must not be stopped. The calibration of the gauge should be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations. 5.3 The minimum scale of the positive pressure gauge on the surface of the test gas bottle used to measure the temperature of the test medium should not be greater than 1. The control cycle of the gauge should be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations.
6 Test medium and test temperature
6.1 The filter medium used in the test shall be selected according to the specified performance and shall not cause the test cylinder to crack or break. The test equipment shall also be checked for non-commercial use.

Seamless gas cylinders shall be inspected according to the corresponding gas cylinder standards, and the gas production frequency shall also be different from the bottom of the gas cylinder.
8 Test method
5.1 Inspection before gas test
