4 Technical requirements
4.1 Chemical composition
The chemical composition of the wire shall comply with the provisions of GB5231, GB5232 and GB5233. 4.2 Size tolerance

Wires with other specifications and allowable deviations can be supplied upon agreement between the supplier and the buyer. 4.2.1.2 The wire deviation grade shall be indicated in the contract, otherwise it shall be supplied as ordinary grade. 4.2.1.3 When the buyer requires unidirectional deviation, its value shall be twice the value in Table 2. 1.0~~3.0

4.4 Process properties

Wire for cold heading nails should be subjected to repeated bending tests, with the number of bending times not less than 2 times, and no cracks should be generated at the bending points. 4.4.3 Torsion test
Bicycle rod mother wire should be subjected to torsion test, the number of torsion is not less than 4 times each, and no cracks are generated on the surface. 4.5 Residual stress
Except for copper and copper alloy wires used for rivets and mesh weaving, other wires should be heat treated to eliminate residual stress. 4.6 Wire fracture
The wire fracture should be dense, without shrinkage tail, pores, delamination and inclusions. 4.7 Surface quality
4.7.1 The wire surface should be smooth and clean, and no cracks, peeling, burrs, rough drawing, folding and inclusions are allowed. 4.7.2 The wire surface is allowed to have slight, localized indentations and scratches that do not cause the wire diameter to exceed its allowable deviation. 699

Wires shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T5121, GB/T5122 and GB/T8002. 5.2 Mechanical property test method
The room temperature tensile test of wires shall be carried out in accordance with GB228 and GB/T10573. 5.3 Process performance test method
5.3.1 The forging test of wire shall be carried out in accordance with GB237. 5.3.2 The repeated bending test of wire shall be carried out in accordance with GB238. 5.3.3 The torsion test of wire shall be carried out in accordance with GB239. 5.4 Dimension measurement method
The outer dimensions of the wire shall be measured with measuring tools of corresponding accuracy. 5.5 Surface quality inspection method
The surface quality of the wire shall be visually inspected.
5.6 Residual stress inspection method
The residual stress inspection of the wire shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T10567. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection and acceptance
6.1.1 The wire shall be inspected by the supplier's technical supervision department to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of the standard and fill in the quality certificate. 6.1.2 The purchaser shall inspect the received products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If the inspection results do not comply with the provisions of this standard, the purchaser shall submit the matter to the supplier within 3 months from the date of receipt of the product and the supply and demand parties shall negotiate to resolve the issue. 6.2 Batches
Wires shall be submitted for inspection in batches, and each batch shall consist of the same:-brand, state and specification. The weight of each batch shall not be less than 500kg. 700
