4.1 Internal quality
4.1.1 The sensory evaluation scoring method is adopted.
4.1.2 Before evaluation, the sample should be placed in an environment with a temperature of 22±2℃ and a relative humidity of 60%~~65% for 24 hours. 4.1.3 The scoring weights of the five individual items of color (outer skin, core tobacco), aroma, miscellaneous smell, irritation, and aftertaste are: 12 points (outer skin 8 points, core tobacco 4 points), 32 points, 18 points, 14 points, and 24 points respectively. The highest scores of each single item, first and second level are shown in Table 10.4.1.4

4.1.5 When scoring the five single items of color, aroma, miscellaneous smell, irritation and aftertaste, the product quality reaches which level of standard, and the score is scored within the upper and lower limits of the level score according to the difference. Each single item level is not necessarily the same. 4.1.6 Scoring unit: color 0.5 points, aroma, miscellaneous smell, irritation, aftertaste are 1 point. 4.2 External quality
Before the test, the sample should be placed in an environment with a temperature of 22 ± 2 ° C and a relative humidity of 60% to 65% for 24 hours. The test sample of the online product can not balance the moisture. The sensitivity of the balance used is one thousandth.
The inspection order of external quality is: box packaging, strip packaging, small box packaging, empty heads, cigarette appearance, tightness, length, circumference, moisture content, weight, powder content, and combustibility.
4.2.1 Empty heads
GB 15269-94
The empty head rate of cigars is tested by visually inspecting the size and depth of the empty area of the tobacco in the cross section of the cigar. 4.2.2 Cigarette appearance
Visual inspection and inspection using a direct-reading cigarette bending detection ruler and a steel ruler. The direct-reading cigarette bending detection ruler is shown in the figure below:?
1 Main ruler; 2—Auxiliary ruler; 3—Measurement card; 4—Measuring head; 5—Movable clamping block press, 6--Movable central holding block: 7--Fixed clamping block; 8-Measurement ruler moving adjustment hand wheel 4.2.3 Tightness
Identify by sense of touch and visual inspection.
4.2.4 Length
Use a tobacco projector to measure the length of the cigarette. 4.2.5 Circumference
4.2.5.1 Use a steel ruler to measure. Round cigars measure the diameter; square cigars measure the width of two adjacent sides. 4.2.5.2 The circumference of round and square cigars is calculated according to formula (1) and (2) respectively: P = 3.14 × D
P=2×L
Where: P-circumference of round and square cigars, mm; D-average of two perpendicular diameters of the thickest cross section of round cigars, mm; L-sum of the width of two adjacent sides of square cigars, mm. 4.2.6 Moisture content
4.2.6.1 Use an analytical balance to weigh the shredded cigars. 4.2.6.2 Use electric constant temperature drying to dry the shredded tobacco to remove moisture. 344
GB15269--94
4.2.6.3 Use an aluminum sample box with a diameter of 64mm and a height of 40mm to hold the tobacco. 4.2.6.4 Peel the cigarettes, mix the tobacco and tobacco evenly, divide them into two parts, put them in two sample boxes, weigh 10g each, dry them in an electric constant temperature drying oven at 100±2℃ for 2h, take them out and put them in a drying dish. After cooling, weigh them again and calculate the moisture content of the tobacco according to formula (3): M=M2×100
W(%) =
W——moisture content of tobacco, %; Mi
+weight of tobacco before drying, g;
M —-weight of tobacco after drying, g.
·(3
4.2.6.5 The average of the two parallel test results is the moisture content of the batch of cigars. If the absolute value of the difference between the two results is greater than 0.3%, the sample should be retested.
4.2.7 Weight
4.2.7.1 Use an analytical balance, an electronic balance, or a cigarette weight sorter to check the weight of the cigarettes. 4.2.7.2 The moisture content of the test sample should meet the technical requirements of Article 3.2.6. 4.2.8 Dust content
4.2.8.1 Use a cigarette dust content tester and a balance to test the dust content of cigars. 4.2.8.2 Weigh the peeled cigarette core and carefully spread it on the screen of the tester. After shaking for 2 minutes and 240 times, use a brush to carefully sweep the sieved cigarette dust and weigh it, and calculate its dust content according to formula (4): Y (%) =
Where: Y—-the amount of cigarette dust, %;
X—weight of cigarette dust + g
C——weight of the cigarette core before screening, g.
4.2.9 Combustibility
4.2.9.1 Mark the uniformly lit length at the end of the cigarette according to the cigarette pattern: 10mm for a flat tail and 20mm for a pointed tail. 4.2.9.2 Hang the uniformly lit cigarette flat on the cigarette burning rack, let it smolder freely, and start recording the free smoldering time. 4.2.10 Burning uniformity, gray and tuff degree. 4.2.10.1 Before the sample cigarette is lit, mark the burning length according to the cigarette pattern: 20mm for a flat tail and 30mm for a pointed tail. 4.2.10.2 After the sample cigarette is evenly lit and inhaled to the calibrated length, use visual inspection and a steel ruler to test it. 4.2.11 Packaging||tt| |4.2.11.1 Visual inspection and inspection with a steel ruler. 4.2.11.2 Packaging paper and carton paper shall be inspected according to the method in 4.2.6. 4.2.12 Comprehensive quality assessment
4.2.12.1 The internal quality shall be assessed based on the total score of the five individual scores of color, aroma, miscellaneous smell, irritation and aftertaste. · (4)
4.2.12.2 The standard scores for each grade of internal quality are: special grade 80 points or more (excluding 80 points); grade 60~~80 points (excluding 60 points); grade 2 45~60 points (excluding 45 points). 4.2.12.3 The external quality shall be assessed using the percentage system and the total score of each individual score. 4.2.12.4

4.2.12.5 If a single item of external quality meets the technical requirements after inspection, the item will be scored full marks; if it does not meet the technical requirements, the single item will be scored zero.
4.2.12.6 The total product quality score is calculated according to formula (5): Z = 0.55a + 0.45b
Where: Z--total product quality score,
intrinsic quality score, a=1.25A-25 is applicable to special grade cigarettes, a=1.25A is applicable to first grade cigarettes, a=1.67A is applicable to second grade cigarettes,
A--intrinsic quality evaluation score;
