The environmental tests for electricity or machinery can be carried out in the following order: heat or chemical gas corrosion test - low temperature test - water test - dustproof test - brain explosion test. The above tests shall be carried out after the motor has passed the in-depth test items according to the basic technology. The motor shall be subjected to damp heat test (for W type motor) or chemical gas test (for F or WF type motor) in one of the following situations: a) New product trial production: b) When the material is changed due to product design or process change, which affects the protective performance of the product; products not normally produced by the company: more than three years after the last production: products produced by the company after a long period of time shall be subjected to a delayed test for at least three years. 6. The external protection equivalent and low temperature tests can be carried out once when the product is finalized or the structure and materials are finalized. The representative products of the company are allowed to undergo external protection equivalent and low temperature tests. The number of tests for small power and small motors is set at 2 each time. The number of production units is very small, so only one test is allowed. It is also allowed to test products with small specifications, structures, materials and processes. Abstract: 6.9 If the external protection test is limited by the test equipment, only one test unit is allowed. The waterproof test is to be carried out on the whole machine, and the dust test is to be carried out only on the shaft frequency and the structure of the box.
6.10 If the equipment is limited and the chemical gas isolation test or low temperature test cannot be carried out on the whole machine, the chemical gas isolation test can be carried out on the parts and components of the motor, but the whole motor needs to be tested by the warm method according to the requirements of 4.3.2 of this standard. The insulation test can be carried out only on the bearings, cables, parts and wiring boxes: 6.11 According to 6.8 above The test specified in 6.10 will be considered as the same series of products with the same structure, materials and processes: 6.12 For the tests in 5.2, 5.3, 54, 56 and the chronic performance test of electrical materials, separate detailed machine markings can be used.
The motor shall be marked according to the markings specified in G/3836.1. The special environment code and column \YB80M-4WF\ shall be used in the model of the corresponding explosion-proof motor. The outdoor and wide protection codes, such as \WFI, \F2" or other markings shall be added to the motor. When the ambient temperature of the motor is lower than -20%, the special environment temperature value shall be noted on the nameplate.
