JB/T10251-2001 The terms specified in this standard are commonly used terms for power electronic soft start devices. For other related terms, please refer to the relevant provisions of GB/T2900.1, GB/T2900.33, GB/T2900.34, GB/T3859.1 and GB/T3859.2. 3.1 Soft start refers to the process in which the output voltage of the device rises from a certain base voltage (V) to the rated voltage (or maintains current control from time to time) according to a certain voltage (current)-time characteristic, and at the same time, the motor is smoothly accelerated from static to rated speed under the condition of limiting its torque and impact torque. Among them, three types of voltage-time characteristics are recommended, see Figure 1. b) V. 1. Soft start base voltage V 2. Kick start voltage 3.2 AC motor power electronic soft start device t, ramp rise time ts 3. Kick time It is mainly used to realize the soft start of single or multiple AC motors, power electronic controllers, switchgear and their combination with control, measurement and regulation devices, as well as the complete set of devices of the above-mentioned electrical appliances, devices and their interconnected parts, accessories, protective housings and supporting parts. 3.3 AC motor soft start power electronic controller It is a power electronic switchgear that provides the starting function and cut-off state for AC motors. 3.4 Soft start base voltage (V) The initial output voltage at the beginning of the ramp during soft start, which is usually set to the voltage when the motor starts running. See Figure 1. 3.5 Kick start At the beginning of soft start, a pulse voltage with a certain height (V) and a certain width () is first output to start the motor with a higher static friction torque, see Figure 1. 3.6 Soft Stop The output voltage of the device drops from the rated voltage to the soft stop base voltage (V), then drops to the disconnection voltage (V,) according to a certain slope, and then drops suddenly to zero. At the same time, the motor decelerates smoothly from the rated speed to zero speed. Figure 2 shows its typical curve. 2 3.7Soft stop base voltage (V) JB/T10251-2001 V-Soft stop base voltage t2--Ramp down time V-Disconnect voltage The initial output voltage when the slope starts to decrease during soft stop, see Figure 2. 3.8Disconnect voltage (V) The output voltage at the end of the slope during soft stop, see Figure 24Technical requirements 4.1Technical parameters 4.1.1Rated voltage Main circuit rated voltage: AC 380V (400V), 660V (690V), 1140V (1200V). 4.1.2Rated frequency Rated frequency 50Hz. 4.1.3 Rated current I. The rated current of the soft starter 1. Refers to the normal working current of the device under the output rated voltage state, and its pole pair number, rated frequency, rated working system, use category, overload characteristics and protection level should be considered. Note: When the rated voltage is 220V~230V, 380V~400V/450V, 500V, 660V, the corresponding relationship between the rated current and the controlled motor power is recommended to be selected according to Table 1. Rated current 1. 220~230V Note: The motors listed in this table are 4-pole motors. Electrical connection The main circuit wiring method of the soft starter is shown in Figure 3.
