Dynamic corrosion test method for paint film resistance to pesticides (supplement)
A1 This method is formulated with the medicine box as the test object. For other coatings that come into contact with pesticides, this method can be used as a reference for determination. This method is a dynamic accelerated corrosion test method that simulates actual field conditions. A2 Test method: After the medicine box is leak-checked, the pesticide medium is filled to the water level, the medicine box is sealed and placed on the rack in the dynamic corrosion test box. In order to simulate field conditions, the medicine box is often swung so that the liquid medicine impacts the inner wall of the medicine box. The dynamic test machine runs for 15 minutes and then remains stationary for 15 minutes. During the movement, the medicine box swings back and forth with the rack, with a swing frequency of 0.5Hz and an amplitude of about 5°, which is carried out continuously day and night. Check the inner wall coating of the medicine box every 7 days and replace the pesticide at the same time.
A3 medium: select 2~3 kinds of each of the four types according to a. different types of agents; b. different uses; c. different compositions; d. different pH values, and the concentration is 10 times the user's commonly used concentration. In order to simulate user use, pesticides should be replaced alternately and corroded alternately. For example: rice blast emulsion → trichlorfon aqueous solution → insecticide aqueous solution → + dichlorvos emulsion.A4
Medium temperature: continuous constant temperature 40±2℃.
Corrosion time: 1000h. If perforation occurs due to severe corrosion, the test is stopped. The pesticide corrosion resistance level is shown in Table A1.
Unqualified
No gloss loss or slight gloss loss, no discoloration or slight discoloration; blistering, wrinkling or paint film shedding is not allowed; powdering, cracking, and rusting are not allowed
Obvious gloss loss, obvious discoloration, and microbubbles. The area of microbubbles is less than 30%, the area of local small bubbles is less than 4%, the area of medium bubbles is less than 1%, the area of paint film wrinkles is less than 30%, but there is no shedding phenomenon, slight powdering but no cracking, there are several rust spots, the diameter of the rust spots is less than 0.5mm
Severe gloss loss, severe discoloration, obvious blistering. The area of microbubbles is more than 30%, the area of small bubbles is more than 5%, the area of medium bubbles is more than 2%, and large bubbles appear. The area of paint film wrinkles is greater than 30% and the paint film falls off. Obviously powdering and cracking. The area of rust spots is more than 2%, and rust spots or perforations appear. Note: ① Calculation of bubble area: Divide the test surface into 100 equal parts, and 1% of the area has a small bubble, which is calculated as 1%. ②Bubble grade assessment: Microbubbles -
- those with a diameter visible under a 4x magnifying glass;
Small bubbles - those with a diameter below 0.5mm;
diameter 0.6--1mm;
Large bubbles - those with a diameter above 1.1mm.

Test rod: as shown in Figure B1
Test rod material: the same as the tested parts, all R, 6.3um glass tank (with cover)
Thermostatic box
B3 Fertilizer solution
According to the type of fertilizer used in the paint film (such as urea, ammonium dihydrogen carbonate, potassium carbonate, etc.), use distilled water or deionized water to prepare a solution with a fertilizer concentration of 10%, and place it in glass spirit. B4 Sample preparation
Paint the test rod according to the actual construction conditions to make a sample. B5 Test method
Take at least three samples, suspend and immerse two-thirds of each sample in the fertilizer solution in the glass tank with a cover, and place it in a thermostatic box with a constant temperature of 40±1℃.
B6 Inspection method
Inspect the samples immersed in the fertilizer solution every 24h. During the inspection, take out the sample, rinse it with water, absorb the water with filter paper, and observe whether the paint film has changed. It is qualified if no less than 100 samples meet the specified quality indicators. Additional Notes:
