This standard replaces GB/T31016-2014 General Technical Specification for Sample Collection and Processing in Mobile Laboratories, compared with GB/T31012014. The main technical changes are as follows:

4 Classification
According to the provisions of 5.1.4 in GB/T294732020, the mobile laboratory for sample collection and processing is divided into mobile type and trailer type. 5 Technical requirements
5.1 Basic requirements
5.1.1 Mobile laboratory for sample collection and processing should be able to work normally when placed under the following external environmental conditions: Ambient temperature: -40℃--45℃:

5.1.2 The outer dimensions, axle load and mass limit of the sample collection and processing mobile laboratory shall comply with the provisions of B1589. 5.1.3 When the sample collection and processing mobile laboratory is on the road and the adhesion coefficient is not less than 0.7, it should be able to stably park on a 15% slope: 5.1.4 The roll stability angle of the sample collection and processing mobile laboratory shall not be less than 30: 5.1.5 The rainproof sealing limit of the sample collection and processing mobile laboratory shall not be less than 94 points, and the score calculation shall comply with the provisions of QC/T476:

5.2 Vehicle requirements
5.2.1 General requirements
The empty vehicle for the mobile experiment of sample collection and processing should be a vehicle, chassis and shelter produced by a manufacturer with production qualifications and national approval. 5.2.3.1 The safety performance of trailer-type vehicles shall comply with the provisions of GB7258. Semi-trailers shall also comply with the provisions of GB/T23336. Full-trailers shall also comply with the provisions of GB/T17275:
5.2.3.2 The wheelbase of trailer-type vehicles shall not exceed the wheelbase of the tractor. 5.3 Requirements for mobile test cabins
5.3.1 The structure, reliability, maintainability, thermal insulation and airtightness of the mobile test cabin (hereinafter referred to as the "test cabin") shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 5 of GB/T29477-2012 and 7.2.3 of GB/T29479-2012. Reasonable layout. 5.3.2 The paint coating of the test cabin should be sprayed evenly. No defects such as cracks, peeling, delamination, air pools, flow marks and accumulation are allowed. 5.3.10 The installation and connection of the equipment, instruments and carriers in the experimental cabin are firm and reliable, and shock absorption measures are added according to the performance requirements of the equipment. The equipment should not be close to the wall to facilitate power connection and personnel maintenance. 5.4 Requirements for instruments and equipment
5.4.1 Sample collection
5.4.1.1 According to the different types and properties of collected samples, the laboratory cabin is equipped with different integrated sample collection materials, sampling packaging consumables and related equipment to reduce or repackage the samples. For the relevant equipment for sample collection and disposal, please refer to Appendix A. The collection equipment can be appropriately increased or decreased according to different work requirements:
5.4.1.2 Sample collection tools should have a fixed storage place to prevent them from falling and being damaged during the movement of the mobile laboratory. Tools disinfection equipment should be provided when necessary.
5.4.2 Sample processing
5.4.2.1 When samples need to be pre-processed in time, the mobile laboratory for sample collection and processing should be equipped with necessary pre-processing tools according to the pre-processing method (see Appendix A).
5.4.2.2 When samples need to be stored temporarily or for a long time, sample collection and disposal The mobile experimental space should be equipped with necessary storage instruments or equipment (see Appendix A). Avoid moisture, volatilization, wind, photolysis, deterioration, etc. of the samples. 5.5 Environmental requirements
5.5.1 Temperature and humidity requirements
The experimental cabin should be equipped with an independent temperature and humidity adjustment system. The temperature should be controlled within the range of (23+5)℃ during operation, and the relative humidity should be controlled within the range of 45%~65%.
5.5.2 Noise requirements
After the system stops normal operation, the noise level in the operating area shall not exceed 68dB, and the noise level in the special experimental area shall meet the test operation requirements. 5.5.3 Air pressure requirements
The air pressure in the experimental cabin should not affect the normal operation of personnel and machines, and should be controlled within the range of 86kPa~106kPa. If the sample has special requirements for air pressure, corresponding air pressure control equipment should be equipped. 5.5.4 Light-proofing requirements
According to the characteristics and requirements of the collected samples, the laboratory cabin should be equipped with corresponding light-proof areas or facilities. 5.6 Facility requirements
5.6.1 Door and window requirements
The doors of the working area of the laboratory cabin should be equipped with visual windows and can be locked. The door locks and the opening direction of the doors should not hinder the escape of indoor personnel. 5.6.2 Clothing storage device requirements
There should be clothing storage or hanging devices at the entrance of the working area of the laboratory cabin. Personal clothing and regular work clothes should be placed separately. Sterile work clothes should be placed separately.
5.6.3 Table and seat requirements
The working area of the laboratory cabin should have enough space, shelves and tables to place equipment and items. The tables and seats should be stable. The accompanying personnel should take 4

The folding seats should be durable and equipped with safety belts, and the edges should be smooth. Equipment and items should be placed to make it easy to clean, and the laboratory table should be waterproof, corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant and sturdy. The shelf setting should prevent cross contamination: 5.6.4 Emergency equipment requirements
The working area of the laboratory cabin should be equipped with emergency equipment: such as fire extinguishers, sprinklers, etc. 5.6.5 Lighting requirements
The laboratory cabin should be equipped with emergency lighting devices and maintain for more than 30 minutes. The illumination of the working area should not be less than 350lx, and excessive light and light reflection should be avoided
5.6.6 Communication requirements
Sample collection and processing The mobile laboratory space should be equipped with a computer system, establish a sampling guidance platform system and a query system, and have electronic equipment to transmit information and data to the outside. The complexity of the communication system should be adapted to the purpose of the mobile laboratory space. 5.6.7 Requirements for temperature and humidity control system
Sample collection and processing The mobile laboratory should be equipped with a temperature and humidity control system that meets the requirements for sample collection and processing and complies with the provisions of GB/T29600.
5.6.8 Requirements for ventilation and air conditioning systems
The laboratory cabin should be equipped with an independent air supply and exhaust system, or an auxiliary air supply and exhaust system should be configured according to the special needs of different equipment. The wind direction of the laboratory cabin should comply with the principle of directional airflow and should not affect the normal functions of other equipment. The exhaust system has the function of adjusting the wind speed and air volume separately. The material has the function of acid resistance and chemical reagent corrosion prevention. The air supply and exhaust system of the sample collection laboratory cabin equipped with a biological safety cabinet shall meet the relevant requirements of GB50346
5.6.9 Requirements for water supply and drainage and gas supply system
The mobile laboratory cabin for sample collection and processing should be equipped with a water supply device that meets the needs, and a water storage device when necessary. Non-manual hand washing facilities or non-manual disinfection and sterilization devices should be installed near the exit of the work area. The liquid and gas pipeline systems entering and leaving the mobile laboratory should be firm, leak-proof, rust-proof, pressure-resistant, temperature-resistant (cold or hot), and corrosion-resistant. The water supply and drainage pipe system should be impermeable, the pipe diameter should be able to meet the test requirements, the pipe should be easy to clean, and the sewer should have a backflow prevention design. The discharged water quality should meet the secondary standard in GB8978-1996, and the discharged liquid should not be directly discharged into the waste device. Set up the gas supply system as needed. The system should ensure sealing, high cleanliness, durability, safety and reliability.
5.6.10 Power system requirements
The power supply meets all power requirements of the mobile experimental space for sample collection and processing. The voltage range is (220±10)V and the frequency range is (50±1Hz). There should be enough fixed power sockets to avoid multiple devices using the same power socket. When using a generator for red power supply: there should be a reliable grounding system. The generator should comply with the provisions of (G[3/T2819, and should be equipped with a stable Stable and continuous power supply. Uninterruptible backup power supply should be equipped. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection classification
Sample collection and treatment The mobile laboratory inspection is divided into type inspection and factory inspection. 7.2 Type inspection
7.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following cases:7

When a new product is finalized;
When production is resumed after a two-year suspension;
c) After normal production, when the structure, material, and process have been significantly changed; l) After normal production, when the enterprise quality department has relevant regulations; when there is a significant difference between the factory inspection result and the last type inspection; when the national product quality supervision department proposes a type inspection requirement. e)
7.2.2 The inspection items of type inspection shall be carried out in accordance with Appendix B.7.2.3 For type inspection, at least one sample shall be collected and handled in a mobile laboratory for inspection. As long as one item fails, the product shall be judged as unqualified.
7.3 Factory Inspection
7.3.1 Each mobile test chamber for sample collection and disposal shall be inspected and certified by the quality inspection department before it can be put into storage and shipped out of the factory. 7.3.2 The inspection items for factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with Appendix 7.3.3 In the factory inspection, as long as one indicator is unqualified, the sample collection and processing mobile laboratory is judged to be unqualified. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
8.1 Marking
The label and nameplate of the sample collection and processing mobile laboratory shall comply with the provisions of (13/T29178-2020 City 5.3) 8.2 Packaging
The sample collection and processing mobile laboratory should be cleaned before packaging. No foreign matter should remain inside, the doors and windows should be locked, and the packaging materials should be firm and reliable: simple packaging or no packaging can be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 8.3 Transportation
The product should be transported by white car or trailer. 8.4 Purchase and storage
For products that are parked for a long time, the coolant and fuel should be drained, the power should be disconnected, the doors and windows should be closed, and the products should be placed in a dry, ventilated, and corrosion-resistant place. Regular maintenance should be carried out according to the product manual. Instruments and equipment with special requirements for ambient temperature should be stored in a fixed laboratory with a suitable ambient temperature:
