The method for measuring the noise sound pressure level of machine tools shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T16769. Under low, medium and high speed idling conditions, the noise sound pressure level of the whole machine shall not exceed 85dB(A). 5.3 The operating force of the handwheel and handle shall be assessed according to Table 2, and the operating force of the handwheel and handle shall be uniform. The insertion depth of the feeler gauge between the sliding surfaces: for circular saw machines with a maximum circular saw blade diameter of 2000mm, it should be less than 25mm; for circular saw machines with a maximum circular saw blade diameter of less than 2000mm, it should be less than 20mm. 7 Idle running test of machine tools 7.1 The main motion mechanism of the machine tool shall start from the lowest speed and run in sequence for a sufficient time (not less than the provisions of Table 3) to allow the spindle bearings to reach a stable temperature. No creeping phenomenon is allowed during feeding. 7.3 Pull the operating handle several times to do the working cycle test of the hydraulic system feeding, clamping and lifting mechanism, and all performance indicators should meet the requirements of the manual. 7.4 After the hydraulic system is adjusted to the working pressure (1.7~20MPa), when doing the working test at any feed amount, the pressure gauge pointer shall not oscillate within the range of +0.1MPa. 7.5Start the cooling system for 1 hour, and the coolant should be supplied normally, and it should not be mixed into the hydraulic oil pool. 7.6When the machine tool spindle bearing reaches a stable temperature, check the spindle bearing temperature and temperature rise, and the values shall not exceed the provisions in Table 4 (spot check). Check the working conditions and reliability of the electrical, lubrication systems and safety protection devices. 7.8 7.9After the idling test, check the geometric accuracy according to JB/T3364.2. 8 Machine tool load test This series of machine tools shall be subject to the following load tests: a) Maximum torque test of main transmission system: b) Maximum cutting main force test: c) Maximum power test of main transmission system movement. For batch-produced horizontal circular saws, load tests shall be conducted only under the conditions of two-thirds of the maximum torque and two-thirds of the maximum cutting main force. The cutting specifications shall be in accordance with Table 5. Items a), b) and c in Chapter 8 shall be subject to regular and comprehensive spot checks, with each batch of not less than 1 unit. The leveling accuracy is 0.04/1000. The machine tool accuracy inspection shall be carried out in accordance with JB/T 3364.2. 9.3 During the working accuracy inspection, a circular saw blade that meets the standards shall be selected and the cutting shall be carried out in accordance with the normal use cutting specifications. 9.4 The geometric accuracy of the machine tool shall be inspected before and after the load test. The working accuracy test of the machine tool shall be carried out after the load test. The actual measured value of the last accuracy inspection shall be recorded in the certificate of conformity.
