JB/T6666 "Guide vane mixed flow pump" is divided into two parts:Part 1: Types and basic parameters:
Part 2: Technical conditions.
This part is the first part of JB/T6666 "Guide vane mixed flow pump". This part is a revision of JB/T6666.1-1993. Compared with JB/T6666.1-1993, the main changes are as follows: several specifications of low-head guide vane mixed flow pumps are added; the provisions and judgments of basic parameter deviations in the standard adopt the methods specified in ISO9906:1999 "Swing power level 1 and 2".
This part replaces JB/T6666.1-1993.
This part is proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Agricultural Machinery Standardization Technical Committee. Hydraulic performance acceptance test

This part specifies the types, models and basic parameters of the guide vane mixed flow pump. This part is applicable to the guide vane mixed flow pump (hereinafter referred to as the pump) that conveys clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. 2 Normative references

For all dated references, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this part. However, parties to an agreement based on this part are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. 3.1 Types
3.1.1 Pumps are classified according to the blade adjustment type:
a) Fixed blade type:
b) Semi-adjustable blade type:
c) Fully adjustable blade type.
Grade 1 and 2
Pumps with an outlet diameter less than 300 mm are generally fixed blade type, and pumps with an outlet diameter greater than or equal to 300 mm can be made into semi-adjustable blade type or fully adjustable blade type (mechanically adjustable or hydraulically adjustable). 3.1.2 Pumps are divided into two structural types: vertical and horizontal. 3.1.3 Rotation direction of the pump From the drive end, the pump shaft rotates clockwise. 3.1.4 Inlet flow channel: When the pump outlet diameter is less than or equal to 900mm, the inlet generally adopts a trumpet-shaped or conical inlet pipe: When the pump outlet diameter is greater than 900mm, an elbow-shaped or trumpet-shaped inlet flow channel can be used. 3.2 Model

Basic parameters
3.3.1 Under the test conditions of normal temperature and clean water, the basic parameters of the pump's guaranteed performance points shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 (for pumps with an outlet diameter less than 150mm,
when the pump impeller is submerged in water, its critical cavitation margin may not be assessed). 3.3.2
The deviation of the basic parameters of the pump shall comply with the provisions of Level 2 in ISO9906:1999. For other pumps that do not comply with this part, the following provisions shall be met: 3.3.3
a) The specified efficiency of the pump shall not be lower than the guaranteed efficiency value of the pump with the same outlet diameter and similar specific speed in Table 1: b) The specified critical NPSH of the pump shall not be greater than the specified value of GB13006: c) The power reserve coefficient of the matching power machine is generally 1.11.3: d) Other technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6666.2. 3.3.4 Under the conditions of complying with the provisions of this part, the pump can meet the use requirements by adjusting the speed, and the recommended speed adjustment range is ±20% of its specified speed.
