3.2 Materials and materials
3.2.1 Materials for parts shall not be subject to the requirements of the drawings, but after the test, the materials that can ensure the design requirements are allowed to be substituted. 3.2.2 Materials shall not have certificates of chemical composition and mechanical properties. If there is no certificate, chemical analysis and mechanical property inspection shall be carried out according to the current provisions of (GB/699, GB/700, GDT1220<B3U?7). 1.2.3 Requirements for materials in the warehouse

3.2.4.1 The molded products with a diameter of mm (forged or directly machined) should be subjected to low-power microstructure inspection for central porosity and sulfur 1.5 level: Segregation must be 1.5 level, no white spots, shrinkage, bubbles, widening and other defects are allowed, oxides and sulfides in non-metallic impurities are no more than 1.5 level, and the total is no more than 2.5 level: 3.2.4.2 The material to be processed must have a certificate.
3.2.4.3 If the material has been heat treated and the mechanical properties meet the requirements, the material can be directly added. Special instructions must be given on the material certificate.

3.2 Forgings shall not have severe detachment and cracks on the surface, and shall not have defects such as cracks, folds, forging scratches, and spot widths. For surfaces that require mechanical processing, if the above defects can be completely removed after processing, they are allowed to be used. 3.7. Forgings with defects are not allowed to be used as sources. 3.2.10 The particle size of plated parts after heat treatment is required to be high or grade 6. 3.2.11 After heat treatment, the parts that are plated or directly fed shall be tested for mechanical properties in accordance with the following provisions: 3.2.11.1 For high-quality parts that are heat-treated in the same process and in the same batch, 20% of the total number of pieces in the batch can be sampled for quality inspection, but if one piece fails, 10% shall be inspected. 3.3.1 The mechanical processing size, dimensional tolerance, surface roughness, etc. of the required parts shall be in accordance with the provisions of the sample: the required fillet rate after processing shall not be less than the required size. 3.3.2

During assembly, the grooved parts should be slowly cleaned and the bearing parts should be fully cleaned of grease. After the assembly, the moving parts should be smooth and level; the lifting and lowering of the ball or ball should be flexible, and there should be no jamming. 4 Test methods and acceptance rules 4. 4.2.1. Doors, replacement heads, three-way valves, four-way valves, elbows, diameter joints, and diameter pipes shall be subjected to 320 MPa repellency test. .2.2 After assembly, the mesh door shall be subjected to hydraulic sealing test with a nominal pressure of 250 MPa. 4.2.3 The medium for the test shall be water or oil (70% drying, 30% fuel oil). 4.1.4 The duration of the strength test and sealing test shall not be less than mn, and there shall be no irritation during this time. During the rolling test, all air in the body shall be removed. After the test, all the test materials in the body shall be removed. 4.2.5 When conducting temperature test on the check valve, the check valve stem shall be raised to the highest position, the pressure shall be drawn from one end, the other end shall be closed with a conical gasket, and then gradually increased to the specified test pressure, and shall not exceed the specified value. When conducting labor test, the valve shall be in the neutral position. Close the valve group, add pressure from the lower inlet, and conduct the test at the outlet end. 4.2.6 When conducting strength test on the check valve, the pressure shall be drawn from the outlet end, the other end shall be closed with a gasket, and then gradually increased to the specified test pressure, and shall not exceed the specified value. When conducting strength test, the positive force shall be drawn from the outlet end, and the inlet shall be tested. 4.2.? Only a certain handle or handwheel is allowed to be closed, and no other auxiliary devices shall be used. 4.2.8 The part with thermal and gas changes shall be subjected to 38MPa small pressure test. 4.3 Acceptance test!
4.3.1 Each batch or each qualified product shall be accompanied by a product certificate, product packing list, production manual and other documents, and delivered to the supplier together with the product.
4.3.2 The delivery unit shall have a standard control system to inspect the delivered products. 5 Marking, packaging and labeling
5.1 The paint shall be removed according to the provisions of B. If the parts have been surface treated, the paint shall not be removed. 5.2 After the product passes the test, the oil and dirt on the surface shall be removed, and the surface of the product shall be coated with industrial anti-rust oil.
