3 Technical requirements
3.1 The one-way device shall be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 3.2 The one-way device should be able to work normally under the ambient temperature of -40~95C. 3.3 The shape and matching dimensions of the one-way device should comply with the product drawings. 3.4 The gear material is alloy steel, the tooth surface hardness is 58~63HRC, and the carburized layer depth is 0.71.2mm. 3.5 The gear accuracy should not be lower than level 10 in GB10095. The tooth surface roughness Ra value is 3.2μm. The gear surface is not allowed to have cracks, scars, bruises and other defects
3.6 Internal splines of the one-way device The dimensions should comply with the drawings and the spline groove surface roughness Ra value should be 3.2am. The 3.7 one-way engagement spring pressure should comply with the drawings. 3.8 The forward moment and anti-slip moment of the one-way device shall comply with the drawings. 3.9 The one-way device slides flexibly on the starter armature shaft without getting stuck. 3.10 The one-way device should be able to work reliably after three times of exceeding performance tests. 3.11 The durability test of the starter one-way device for diesel engines is 15,000 times. After the test, it should No slipping, damage or abnormality. 3.12 If the user uses and stores the product in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations within 12 months from the date of delivery, if the product fails to operate normally due to product quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge. 4 Inspection methods
4.1 The appearance and matching dimensions are inspected with measuring tools. 4.2 The gear accuracy is checked according to the relevant provisions of G1B310095, the surface roughness is checked with a roughness detector or sample block, and the surface quality is checked with the surrounding measurement method.
4.3 Use special measuring tools and roughness detectors (or sample blocks) to check the internal spline size and spline groove roughness. 4.4 Install the one-way device on the special spline shaft in any direction. Use manual methods to install the one-way shaft on the shaft. It slides back and forth, and the one-way device slides flexibly without getting stuck.

4.6 The dynamic torque of the one-way unit is measured on a special test bench. If there is no such test condition, the static torque can be checked at 7 times the braking torque.

5.3 Users have the right to conduct acceptance according to GB2828. This standard recommends: a.

6.1·Each one-way device should be marked with the manufacturer's name, product name, product model, and date of manufacture. 6.2 Product packaging
6.2.1 Each one-way unit should be coated with anti-rust oil and packaged in plastic bags and cartons, with a product certificate included. 6.2.2 The packaging box should be firm, the product should not move around inside the box, and the total weight of the packaging box should not exceed 50kg. 6.2.3 Text and logos on the outer wall of the packaging box: name and address of the receiving unit, manufacturer's name and address, product name and model (or starter model equipped), quantity, gross weight, and "handle with care" and "moisture-proof" etc words. 6.3 During transportation and storage, products must not be exposed to moisture, heavy pressure, collision, or contact with corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis. 115
