The results are recorded in Table 1. 5.1 Measure the unfolded length of the knitted mesh. 5.2 Measure the number of joints of a single weft in the knitted mesh. 5.3 In the selected braided net samples, each roll of braided net is set up for 30m as the measurement area. When setting up, the average tension on each latitude line is 600~800N, and the columns at both ends should be installed firmly and reliably. Test the following items: 5.3.1 Determination of wave depth Randomly select 1.5m in the measurement area, measure the wave depth one by one, the wave depth shall not be less than 1.80mm, and calculate the qualified rate. 5.3.2 Determination of knot displacement Randomly select 6m in the measurement area, use a force of 100N to act on the knot one by one along the latitude and warp directions respectively, and the displacement shall not exceed 10mm, and calculate the qualified rate respectively. 5.3.3 Determination of side line knots Select any 10m in the measurement area, and apply 100N force to the knot points one by one along the latitude direction. The displacement shall not exceed 10mm, and the qualified rate shall be counted; and the number of knots shall be checked and the qualified rate shall be counted. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on November 21, 1993 Implemented on March 1, 1994 4 Determination of wave distance Select any 6m in the measurement area and measure the wave distance one by one. 5.3.5 Determination of warp spacing JB/T7138.4-1993 Continuously measure 30 warp spacings in the measurement area and count the qualified rate. Measure the width of the network and measure the spacing of each latitude from top to bottom at the same time (except the spacing of the upper latitude). 5.3.6 Measure the tension of each weft wire and calculate the difference between the maximum tension and the minimum tension of the weft wire. Barbed wire technical determination Measure 3 times in total, take the arithmetic mean, and record the results in Table 2.6.1Measure the unfolded length of the barbed wire mesh roll. 6.2Measure the number of joints in a roll of barbed wire. 6.3Measure the number of turns of the barbed wire around the strand. 6.4In the selected barbed wire coils, each roll of barbed wire is randomly selected to be 7.6m long, and measure the following items:Measure the barb distance and calculate the barb distance pass rate. 6.4.1 Continuously measure the barb length of 20 barbed wires and calculate the pass rate. 6.4.2 Continuously measure the number of twists between 40 spikes on a double-strand barbed wire, and record the number of twists less than the specified number. 6.4.3 Continuously measure 30 spikes on a single-strand barbed wire, and use a force of 50N to act on the spikes along the strand direction. The displacement is no more than 10mm, and the number of movements is recorded. Determination of the tension of braided nets and barbed wires Measure 3 times in total, take the arithmetic mean, and record the results in Table 3. 7.1 Purpose of tension determination To assess whether the erection of the braided net meets the use requirements. 7.2 Measuring device and measurement method Use the force measuring device shown in Figure 1 to measure at any 3 measuring points in the tensioning area. When a single weft or barbed wire of the knitted net is pulled to point A, record the reading of the tubular dynamometer and calculate the tension of the single weft or barbed wire using formula (1): F=KT Wherein: F is the tension of the weft or barbed wire, N; T is the reading of the tubular dynamometer, N; K is a constant, K=13.5. .. (1) Force plate Tubular dynamometer Elasticity test of knitted net JB/T7138.4—1993 Measure three times in total, take the arithmetic mean, and record the results in Table 4. 8.1 The purpose of the elasticity test of knitted net is to evaluate the ability of the knitted net to recover deformation. 8.2 The measuring device and measuring method are shown in Figure 2. According to the provisions of Chapter 7 of ZB/TB91022 and Article 7.2 of this standard. A 30m braided net was set up and the tension of each weft of the braided net was measured. According to the number of wefts n of the braided net, 143nN, 214nN, and 286nN were applied to the braided net respectively. After 1 minute, the external force was removed and the tension of each weft was measured again. The rate of change of the tension of the braided net was calculated using formula (2): Where: α Tension change rate, %; f——The total tension of each weft of the braided net after the external force is applied, N; f ——The total tension of each weft of the braided net in the initial state, N. (2) 9 Material test 9.1 Purpose of material test Knitted mesh JB/T 7138.41993 Force gauge Through the test, the mechanical properties and galvanizing quality of the steel wire used for the knitted mesh and barbed wire are tested. 9.2 Selection of test specimens 9.2.1 The steel wire sample for knitted mesh is a section of mesh containing 4 warps cut from the end of the knitted mesh roll sample. 9.2.2 The steel wire sample for barbed wire is a 1.5m barbed wire cut from the end of the barbed wire roll sample. 9.3 Test items Each test item is measured 3 times, and the average value is taken. The results are recorded in Table 5. Support rod 9.3.1 Determination of the diameter of galvanized steel wire: Use a measuring tool with an accuracy of 0.01mm to measure the wire diameter at any part of the sample in two directions perpendicular to each other. 9.3.2 The tensile strength shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of GB228. 9.3.3 The winding test of steel wire shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2976. When evaluating the mechanical properties of steel wire, the steel wire shall be tightly wound 6 times on a core sample equal to its own diameter; when evaluating the firmness of the zinc layer, the steel wire shall be tightly wound 6 times on a core rod equal to 4 times the diameter of the steel wire, and the winding speed shall not exceed 20r/min. The weight test of the zinc coating of steel wire shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2973.
